I use Adobe programs with this laptop and it does not slow down or hangup. I ran Photoshop, Illustrator and Bridge all at the same time and did not have any problems.

I like my Spectre so much I bought another one for my college freshman. Latest Core I7 8th gen is plenty fast. 16 G and 512G SSD is great for professional use.

great overall quality, purchased this laptop 3years ago and it is still remarkable, it feels the same as it did when I first got it.

Wish I had one of these at home too. Works well on the road as a laptop and a tablet. Runs ArcGIS for us and has a nice clear display for all our maps. Very Rugged.

Purchased for a new job involving travel, contracts, presentations, witnessed signatures, data base and spreadsheets. Works wonderfully. My Mac sister is jealous.

I researched all the latest laptops. This has 16G Ram, SSD, i7 8th gen, Nvidia video. It was rated super high. So I got it with the paired Mixed Reality setup. Initially I thought it was pretty good. HOWEVER! I noticed the laptop overheats and fan runs at high speed frequently. Loud! Just watching videos. OK I'll try the Mixed Reality setup. The Mixed Reality cables have to go into USB and HDMI ports. They are on opposite side of the laptop. Cables won't reach. So you need an adapter to plug into. WHAT? Then plugged it into an adapter - 1 time it worked ok, next time sight was blurry, next time controllers wouldn't work. And laptop and fan overheated worse so it was almost too hot to touch. Heat is not good for components. And it's brand new? So I returned it. Not recommended.

This is excellent laptop on the basis of Speed (OS booted in only 5 second), Design with 2 in 1 functionality, Superb Display 4K quality, latest graphics card (release june,2017) and everything which anyone needed in own laptop. Its my very good purchase. At the starting i've faced one issue related to 4K video. 4K video is flickering so i've updated graphics driver and finally its resolved. (I've used "driver booster" to update all driver on one click). Well I've spend big savings of mine on this laptop but the stylus was missing. It's little bit bad. Well I feel best buy is trusted store. Most of the things i've purchase for best buy so i would like to thanks best buy to provide good product with good service. I would recommended this laptop.

its a great product. it has not given me any problems and it has been quick to load pages on the internet. its lightweight and convenient in every way.

Seems to work perfectly. There are a couple of minor glitches but it's probably me. I'm not computer savvy so it's not set up exactly the way I want it

This is amazing laptop look wise very good... delegate to handle. Take no time to start the laptop. Little noise when comes to loaded graphic work

It's stylish, quick and reliable. I definitely recommend anything in the Spectre family. The folio would also make a great purchase.

I would love to keep this computer, but the screen periodically starts jumping around thru web pages. If shut down it recovers but has gone thru this three times now. I have to return it. White circles appear on the screen during these episodes and it seems as if it is triggering the touchscreen, auto clicking somehow. Above my pay grade. The screen image is outstanding. Wish it worked.

HP is a great computer manufacturer and this was no exception...easy to use and set up and great speed. Easy to loop into all the wifi apps.

I was so pleased with my computer my husband also bought one. We are not computer experts but this computer really works and we are pleased.

I AM LEARNING TO EXPLORE NEW PROGRAMS AND ABILITIES OF THE LAPTOP. I PURCHASED IT AS A RETIREMENT GIFT FOR MYSELF AND AM ENJOYING THE LEARNING PROCESS.

Like this laptop...can't say it is my favorite because there is something funny about the keyboard...but overall a good solid laptop.

Wonderful piece of technology. I cry every time I upgrade. I am amazed by the thing. Kudos to the techs in the store who led me to it.
