Would be a 5 star but the pin was missing an best buy did not even offer to make it right. Other than that wow great laptop light ,powerfully,fast ,and super long battery life over 8 hours . Along with fast charging you can't go worng.

This computer is probably more for serious gamers but it had the speed and storage I needed for multi-platform work. I under-utilize the graphics, which is a shame, but love the reliability of the speed

This HP laptop computer replaced a previous HP laptop. This computer is much lighter for business trips, it’s faster has a touch screen and has no mechanical hard drive.

This laptop is fast and the screen is awesome. Watching a 4K movie is great. But beyond that it’s a great computer that will support anything you need to do other than gaming.

This laptop is great ! I got lucky on a Black Friday deal and since starting school It has helped me with the memory, speed, and it the sweet design. 5 stars from me definitely worth the purchase.

In almost all respects a high quality premium laptop. 2 significant issues- only 2 USB ports- a Thunderbolt and a regular. The touch pad is so poor you must use a mouse which takes up the standard USB port. Lenovo X- 1 a better choice

My wife needed a new machine. This one fit the bill and then some. Sexy style, fast, fast fast! Future proof for sure. Definitely recommend.

excellent equipment very good quality and speed with the solid state disk the presentation of the product is great and the use of the digital pen is very practical

So far, I’m loving everything about this laptop. From the touch of the keyboard to the color of the case to the size and clarity of the display screen, this is a really nice replacement for my old PC.

Overall, great product. Fast, responsive, works well for video editing. Had a small problem with the camera not working at first - geek squad got it going, but certainly wasn't expecting that with a new computer.

I bought this laptop seven days ago during the early black Friday sales for $1099. It was such a great price for the specs. So far I have no complaints, battery life is much longer than the previous edition and picture/sound seem to be better even though the screen and speakers is the same. I bought a previous version of this laptop two years ago for $1800 which i liked so much but the usb-c charging ports shorted out recently and killed it. I was not going to buy another Spectre X360 due to the previous one dying just short of 2 years but at this price, I could take the risk and it now has a regular charging port instead of using usb-c port. I hope this one lasts longer than the previous one

Great laptop, was looking for one with touch screen and had for movie when I travel and this checked all the boxes

Very happy with this hp laptop, super simple to set up.it’s fast love the fact that you can fold it to be like a tablet. The pen is great for editing pictures and more. Beautiful color, picture too. Also love option of using voice. All around best hp I’ve bought so far. Whole family loves.

This one works great! The previous one same exact model purchased the week before Black Friday 2019 had some issues. The track pad/mouse pad whatever you call it, was messed up. So it was acting like you were pressing it even when you were not touching it. So, even as much as I love these laptops, you can get a bad one. The previous one was also crashing a lot. You would see the HP screen of death (usually black with some verbiage on the upper left screen) We updated the bios and everything but it would keep crashing. When we returned to BB we were able to get a replacement for the SAME BlackFriday price!!!!! Thank you Best Buy! The new is great! not issues so far!

I could not be more please with the lap top. the Keyboard is easy to use and the special features like video recognition is very helpful. I like the speed of this computer as well. Awesome.

I love my new laptop. I bought it back on march 26th and it's so easy to use. I love how it can be a laptop or tablet and it has a stylus for the little things that I to do on a laptop.

I work in customer service. Since covid, the company I work for sent us to work from home, i had to buy this laptop in a rush so I can transition into my work from home role quickly. I am so happy I got this laptop. While other coworkers are having issues with their Mac book pros and other devices I have had minimal issues. Was able to download the system successfully with no problems. Didn't have to take any added steps to set my workspace up. And many months later 10 hrs shifts a day. Still running beautifully. I have had some issues but its on the workspace side not laptop side. I can honestly say this laptop runs like a champ.

I'm very happy with the purchase. The only "complaint" is that it only comes with 1 USB port. But, I bought an inexpensive 4-port USB hub and it's working great.

I really enjoy this Laptop. Although I have not checked out all the features it really is fast and I love the backlit keys.
