Purchased this just in time for the kids to use for on line learning. Easy to use, great graphics and it can be used for play with nice results as well!

We needed a faster PC to go along with our upgraded AT&T fiber optic WiFi. This fit the bill and it was available for curbside pick up the next day.

I primarily use this for photo editing only. Absolutely awesome, fast, and easy to use. All around great for whatever you choose.

I love everything about this laptop except for only one USB port. I used 2-3 on a daily basis, so that's my only complaint. It's got great audio and looks very professional.

Over all, it is a good laptop. However, there's not SD card reader, only one USB port. Moreover, it is easy to lease finger print on the laptop because it's matte, not shinny.

Finally found the perfect laptopm i use this for graphic design and prefer it over the macbook It works pretty quickly and battery life is good.

Wonderful, clear screen. So easy on the eyes. If you work with a lot of pictures, this is perfect. Lightweight and good looking. Plus it works great.

I love the touch screen. It is a bit heavy but thats how the touch screen detachables all are. A bit pricy but good quality.

Love this laptop. Wanted one with a 4K display, a SDD, and a good amount of memory. This one fit the bill perfectly and for a great price. Very happy.

Great laptop with 10th Gen Intel core i7-10350 professor. 16 gab RAM and Nvidia graphics card can handle most games on 1080p but I tried 4K resolution for Overwatch and it can’t handle it. It did give me a blue screen once but haven’t had an issue since then. It can run hot sometimes and the fan didn’t kick off for me twice so far but it eventually cooled off after 15 mins or so. Overall a great laptop but not an exceptional one. Would’ve given this 5 stars but had to settle with 4 due to the fan problem and blue screen incident.

Great laptop that folds like a tablet. There is a stylus that is used for drawing also it's touch screen. Perfect for the artist in your family.

excellent laptop. I just love it. Best Buy helped me with my decision between two laptops that I had picked out. the staff was very helpful that's why I always select Best Buy for all my electronics. I have only had the laptop for several months. I was dreading having to learn Windows 10 and it was frustrating to learn from coming from Windows 7. I had to learn how to create my favorites. I am a individual who wants easy ways to get where I want with one step. I have loved computers from 1987. Can't live with out them.

I love being able to go from laptop to tablet. Speed is great. Comes with a nice sleeve that also has a safe place to keep the pen.

The only issue I have is the terrible McAfee thing that keeps popping up. They try to force you to buy their protection. It wont allow me to say NO. Because of this I will never do business with McAfee. I'm considering returning this and buying from someone else. I never agreed to have them take over my computer. If it keeps happening I will bring this computer back and Best Buy will give me all my money back. I don't give a ship about any warranty or anything. I DID NOT AGREE TO HAVE THEM INVADE MY COMPUTER.

Great looking computer. Touch screen is responsive. Size is a great intersection of portability and productivity.

Best laptop purchased in all time that I have owned a laptop. Very good quality build and amazing performance.

Major fail. Why would HP build such an awesome machine and then drop the ball on probably the cheapest component in it??? The webcam colors are all off, but worst of all, the image is completely pixelated in all but the very center of the image. And not just pixelated, but moving and "noisy." At first I thought, this must be just be a broken camera. After going through all the settings, I called HP. They walked me through all the same settings and finally said it must be a hardware issue. I wiped it clean, brought it back, and exchanged for a new one. Loaded it up...nope, same crappy camera. Called HP again. Got a great tech who asked me to take a screen shot and send it to him. He told me that was normal, and agreed it was just a bad camera. Only then did I google "HP Spectre poor camera quality" and found that this is a widely known issue. Perhaps 2 months ago it wouldn't be a problem, but nowadays, most of us working remotely, that camera was simply unacceptable. It was truly heartbreaking because everything else about the computer seems top notch. Major fail on HP's part.
