This laptop makes me feel good every time I use it! It looks so elegant, the keys are responsive, the screen is so clear and bright, and the speed is amazing. I had a HP Envy before and this model is a major upgrade. I can multi-task with no problems and have everything I need to do my work efficiently. Highly recommend!

very faster, less weight, simple i liked it definitely

Even though the computer was listed as out-of-box, it arrived fully packaged in its original boxes. It arrived as good as new, and has not disappointed. It does everything with a beautiful display. There is no issue with the trackpad, which I had read about in numerous reviews. All-in-all, a great purchase.

Very nice touch screen laptop. I would have liked a frame around the screen because there’s no place to touch that screen which isn’t part of the touch screen. Windows version takes a little getting used to. Don’t like that office 365 is a subscription product. But that’s on Microsoft not Best Buy.

Overall, the laptop itself is decent for the time it was released. The Spectre x360 2-in-1 series is well-built; however, it is on the heavier side and the newer model has thin bezels that make a huge difference. When comparing the laptop to other 2-in-1s in the same category and date of release, it is definitely a top contender.

The best! Look, feel, performance, screen resolution, fingerprint sensor, everything is best! Felt like a premium product in hand. one of the laptop legs came off after 1 year of use. No lag or system performance decline even after 1 year. It really is the best buy.

This laptop is phenomenal- from the design to the internal softwares. It has such a sleek and geometrical design along with the unique edges that make it so much different from the others. The rose gold and blank combination is on point! It’s also touch screen and is very very easy to use!

My husband is so amazing; I received this as a gift for Christmas. For those PC users that are into purchases that look aesthetically pleasing, this particular laptop is very pleasing to the eyes. Previously, I have been a Dell laptop user for over two decades. Over the years, I have become displeased with viruses even after purchasing antivirus software. I believe I will still have the same issue with the HP laptop. In our home, we also have a desktop HP. Consequently, I really appreciate the flexibility with the HP in regards to the tablet. I Intensely love the color, the operating system is amazing, and it is a feather light laptop. Additionally, it has a keyboard that lights up. I am still immersing myself in the multiple uses of the HP. I would say if you are in the market and Dell is being considered as an option, I would purchase an HP desktop or laptop over any Dell products on any given day.

My favorite laptop I have owned. I always stick with HP and this one does not disappoint. Very clear screen, tablet or laptop mode features are nice. Very stylish looks. Only one USB port so make sure to get a Bluetooth mouse. Purchase with Black Friday $500 discount was nice.

During this pandemic, I desperately needed an upgraded computer, being that I had my HP desktop for several years. Googled best lab tops for 2020 this was number one. A bit on the pricier side but still purchased it. I love it, my zoom meetings have been so much better.

Great customer service on describing the system we wanted. Easy pickup. Installation was in minutes as Windows 10 pretty much runs the show from start to finish. No complaints at all. So far the unit is performing flawlessly. And as a Best Buy plus member got a GREAT deal.

The best computer, love that it’s touch screen, i didn’t really care of the finger touch thing.. but other than that it’s an amazing computer. Keeps up with multiple tabs and things.

This laptop has high end components to include the 10th Generation i7 chip. Please be cautious of negative comments where it’s clear you now the configuration of the laptop before even purchasing. Do yourself a favor and test this! I’m sure you will be satisfied with it. Great job HP!

Haven’t purchased a laptop since 2009, and this thing is LIGHTYEARS above what my old HP could do. So very pleased with this machine, as I use it for designing. The only reason I knock a star off is for its webcam, which does struggle in low-light. The infrared camera will give a purple hue to the edges.

I am a salesman and this computer does everything I need it to. It's fast. It keeps me connected to my home office. My assistant gets everything I need her to have quick. Great computer. No compaints.

I love the SSD which gives me not only fast responses but a very fast start up Time as well. The 4K display provides tremendous resolution and vivid accurate color. Windows 10 is better than the previous two versions, but it still takes some time to get accustomed to.

Love this computer!!! easy set up and love that it switches from a tablet mode to computer laptop mode so easy, I bought a Bamboo pen instead of using the one that came with the computer but both work great! fast fast start up and lots of space!

Got a 13" for my son to use at school and liked his so much (has lasted for 4 years of HS and still going) that when it was time to replace our old laptop and saw this one on sale I jumped at getting it. Nice features, quick, light, and quiet.

I usually have issues with any laptop that I buy, but this one is incredible! No issues at all what so ever! It has so many features that can be used, can remotely do something from my cell phone and tablet. It is pricey, but worth the buy!
