I almost never write reviews, but this has just been a nightmare. This is the second laptop, the first one's screen started flickering before having it for two weeks, both laptops w/ GTX 1650 Ti - Anyway, the second one, I started it up, began the updates of course, restart and as soon as it started up, it wouldn't boot into W10. I went through troubleshooting, this and that, but nothing. I was really hoping it would work. It looks great, but it will be returned. I could probably download the .iso file, but for $1700 (I got it on sale for $300 off), I shouldn't have to for that kind of money. I gave it three stars because the first one worked mostly. I talked with Geek Squad and they said to make an in-store appointment. I'll probably just return it and find something else. I have a few photos, but they're larger than 5MG. I was really hoping this would work, but I'll probably look for something else.

This is an excellent laptop and works flawlessly. I use this for my business and its packed with features & speed. I most certainly would buy another if the need arises.

Except for the quality of the camera during zoom meetings, everything else is great for this state of the art laptop. The SSD drive is super fast coupled with the 16GB Memory. I haven't use the pen yet.

Lightweight yet powerful laptop. Good for Freshman/ Sophomore collegiate. In Engineering college, so far haven't found anything it can't run.

Excellent purchase for my wife’s photography business. The speed and ease of use is incredible. My wife is extremely happy to have a laptop that works as fast as this one for all of her large files.

I love everything about this laptop. It definitely looks and feels premium. I uninstalled all the bloatware on it and did all the updates for the drivers and BIOS. It does not overheat for me. I edit my RAW file pictures in photoshop with my desktop, but when I'm away on vacation I wanted a laptop to use to edit them. This laptop works perfect for my Raw photos.. It's very fast and the display is beautiful. The keyboard is very nice and the touchpad works perfect. I love that it comes with a leather sleeve. I'm very happy with my purchase, and how fast BestBuy ships!

this spectre laptop does a good job of bridging the gap between a traditional laptop without a touchscreen and a tablet. rather than carry two separate devices, i went to one.

Charging the laptop at 220V there is electrical leakage that causes the laptop to vibrate to touch and it gets too hot quick even with a cooling fan pad on.. But overall it works pretty good

I have owned two of these. The first one worked well for about a week, until I had to bring it back because it was not functioning well at all. Ultimately, they had to replace it, because not even Geek Squad could figure out what was wrong with it. It was so corrupted at the BIOS/mechanical level that it was unusable. The replacement I received has functioned better, but the temperature is crazy. Even running low-power apps, like a web browser, it gets extremely hot. The battery life as a result is negligible at best. Lastly, this is advertised as a high-powered "gaming" laptop, and although I haven't used it for games often, the one time I did the game was nearly unplayable. The amount of heat it generates indicates it is having to work REALLY hard to keep up with the processing demand, and it simply can't do it. WAY overpriced for the performance based on my experience. I've had laptops that were half the price of this one work better.

I bought this laptop 2 days ago, and I am very happy with it. Great speakers, screen, keyboard, and the pen is a nice touch. However if you are looking for downsides the only thing is that the computer gets very hot, there is no ram upgrade, and its only a 1650 ti max q meaning it can't run stuff on ultra settings and 4k gotta choose one or the other. Also really expensive you can get the asus zenbook flip for better the value or the dell with the 2060.

Solid laptop with enough power to get a wide range of jobs and projects done from personal to business. I’m very happy with the purchase for now and pretty impressed with HP

This laptop is awesome, it has so many features and options, I bought it for my wife she loves it, also it has the pretty pink gold around it, also the touch feature to log in is nice.

Gifted this to our daughter for school. A little over powered for what she plans to do but I know it will last her.

Sleek, expandable with different USB types. The touch screen is useful when an external mouse is not available.

Excellent computer. Good price point. 4K is great. Be careful of older apps running under 4K (But this is not the fault of the laptop). In Windows 10 this can be mostly fixed.

Absolutely love this computer! It is such a huge step up from my old computer. It does take a little getting used to editing photos on it because the screen is so vibrant.

Great speed and image quality, fan a little loud but not unacceptable. Back lit keys work well and brightness adjust is a nice feature. Blue tooth connections work well.
