The laptop is awesome, they did try to hide the power button though! Unfortunately, the trackpad was dead on arrival. Wouldn’t even acknowledge it in the device manager, even after updating drivers and windows updates using the touch screen. Would be a 5 star if not for getting a dud unit. That being said, Best Buy was incredible with the exchange process. Thank you so much!

The best laptop for the money hands down. I love it it's awesome. wish it had an extra m.2 slot and removable ram but either way a great buy

Good: Weight / size / portability Brightness Sound quality Bad: This thing gets hots...get a cooling pad! Lack of USB / SD ports...I didn't think I would need many ports, but now I wish I had more. There is only 1 USB port and it is being used for a cooling pad, so no other devices can be used unless you also get a USB Hub.

AMAZING LAPTOP! The screen is gorgeous! Comes with a full size pen and laptop sleeve. I have not had a SINGLE issue, or frustration, with this laptop. I have been able to stream videos, multiple live webcams, online gaming, utilize various document & spreadsheet programs, and use vehicle tuning software without any hiccups. Not only does this laptop function well, it is clean looking with many convenience features. This is my favorite laptop/computer that I have ever owned or used (which has been many).

I did a good deal of research and I am convinced you can't get a better non-gaming 15" laptop than the HP X360 with the I7 10th gen chip with (and this is crucial) the OLED screen. So far extremely fast, reliable, stays cool (quietly) size and weight excellent. The Dell XPS is the closest but will cost much more for the same specs. The cheapest way to get the must have OLED screen is through HP at present though Best Buy gave me a good price match. Sound is very good a laptop and it has great connectivity, So far 2 thumbs up!

Works great but the battery only lasts a few hours when it is unplugged unless you put it in battery saver mode

love it. Fan is a little loud at times. but runs great. Graphics card works great running two additional monitors.

Company is very slick, top notch and the new touchscreen is a game changer. Just don’t let your dog come near it haha

This HP Spectre performs very well and responds very quickly. The one con is it gets very hot. I did call HP and they performed some tech support regarding the BIOS and now it seems a lot better. I like the increased hard drive space and the high res display. I bought a lap desk with 3 fans which also helps.I would highly recommend.

This is an excellent computer. Handles everything that I need. Lots of power. Runs quietly.

I've primarily been using MacBook Pro's for the last decade, but needed a decently powerful Windows laptop for some video production work. First impressions: The design of this laptop is absolutely stunning. By looks alone, this beats any Apple design of the last decade. And the included accessories (Case, Stylus, Additional Tips) are a nice touch. Of course the spec's are powerful and the computer is blazing fast. Meets all of my needs.

I owned this laptop for about a week and had to return it. With just normal use (YouTube, web browsing, and Microsoft Word) this laptop would overheat. And I mean HOT. It would get to the point where it was almost painful to touch the keyboard. When trying to play any game on it, the fans would be SCREAMING trying to cool this down. I don't know if this is a faulty system in this laptop, but there are MANY more affordable options that are WAY more powerful. I went back and bought the ROG Zephyrus G14. Unbelievably happy.

This machine is quite intuitive, the amount of stress I have put it through in a short period of time is immense and thus far has for the most part held up as tough as possible. Perfect for graphic designers, not the best for applications such as SketchUp Pro if you are diving deep into a render.

Not a good 2-1, the camera of my blackberry was better than this. The computer under good conditions will heat up super quickly, when multi-tasking with canvas and qgis the computer freezes, I don't like drawing in this computer.
