Too hot and noisy

As a result it creates too much heat, it's burning hot to touch and constantly running the fan (which is loud). Depending on what your expectation are these disadvantages may or may not be important for you.

Boots rapidly, and runs scans quickly too. (I did remove unnecessary applications from startup as other reviewers recommended.) I love the clarity and colors in the display. However, I’ve either become a poorer typist or the keyboard/touch pad requires a higher level of accuracy.

Their expertise helped me make the right decision for my 18 year old son who will be a college freshman this year. Although helpful, there was only one employee available and I had to wait for a while. Please add additional staff.

New and improved

After comparing models in store this laptop had the highest specs for the most reasonable price. The new version is lighter even with the same screen size with an updated processor and larger internal memory. I would definitely continue to purchase HP Spectre laptops in the future and haven't had any issues with the previous model which I purchased about 2 years ago.
