HP Spectre x360 Review

The display is incredibly clear and sharp. The speed is lightning fast. I find no issues at all with this so far. I reviewed many online critiques of this machine before making the purchase. I'm very happy that I did my research and chose this particular laptop.

Meets all my needs but keyboard isn’t perfect

Sizable screen, plenty fast processor excellent for your average word processing and net surfing stuff. Great for watching Netflix too. My only hesitation is the keyboard and the numbers to the far right. The delete key Is a bit small and sometimes I hit those numbers keys when I didn’t intend too. But those are small and overall this is a 5 star.

Gets way too hot for me

It seems to work well, was speedy, good specs and looked great. Whether in laptop mode or tent mode, it was hot. Tent mode wasn't quite as bad since more air flowed across, but it just wasn't enough. Ultimately I had to return it. Best Buy took it back with no questions asked. They deserve 5 stars for the best customer help. I have since purchased a Lenovo C-940 from Best Buy and so far it's doing much better heat wise. Due to the heat issue only, I can't recommend this. Otherwise, I thought it was an excellent machine

Short Battery Life

As I was told that its battery life was 12 hours, I returned the labtop. All buyers should be aware of this fact.

HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 15.6" 4K, i7, 16G RAM

Pretty fast for handling excel with formulas and such. Only concern is USB C Thunderbolt connection does not appear to push enough power to operate a hub meant for it so I bought a hub with external power and works great.
