    The laptop is in very good condition and work perfectly. i was little scared to buy open box but now I’m satisfied with my decision. The only issue it did not come with any accessory.

    This computer is super fast and totally responsive. As a stenographer, I appreciate the keyboard layout that makes typing much easier and faster. Getting my work done quicker means more time for family time. Its compact size and flexibility means I can use it everywhere. It was exactly what I was looking for and Best Buy came through for me once again.

    Beautiful 4k Oled, great specs, portability, lightweight, premium feel, comes with sleeve and pen, small AC adapter for travel and 1650ti for light 1080p gaming away from home. Battery is a small sacrifice but its not a big deal (at least for me) being that it's so light, is a 4k OLED, and the adapter is small in comparison to most gaming laptops.

    NEW PRODUCTS LIKE THIS NEED A WRITTEN STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION PAMPHELET INCLUDED IN THE BOX. THE HARDEST PART WAS TRYING TO GET IT SET UP AND READY T USE. OVER TWO WEEKS OF TRIAL AND ERROR TO GET IT SET UP. THE TOUCH PAD IS WAY TO SENSATIVE AND THE ADJUSTING SCREEN DOESN'T GO FAR ENOUGH TO REDUCE THE SENSATIVITY.

    I really like this laptop. It is fast to boot up and shut down. It is relatively light and has a great keyboard. The touchpad is functional, I just prefer using a mouse due to my perception of greater mouse control. I am not experiencing the extreme heat some users report, even when I use my photo editing software heavily.

    I have a college freshman going into engineering. This was one of the few laptops we found that had all the specs we were looking for. Although I'm sure she could have purchased a more basic laptop and used the college lab computers for engineering projects, this laptop has the capacity to run all she might need if she chooses to.

    I am a crazy apple product person but I was in need of an upgrade from my old Macbook Pro 2012. With the help of an employee, he convinced me to buy this hp laptop. Honestly I was just blown away with the specs and storage, and with this price, how could I not? I really love it so far. I only wished the battery lasted longer.
