I was so excited to purchase this computer, and it is terrible. Runs extremely hot. Randomly shuts down and starts up. Flashing lines in the screen. Color isn't that great. HP warranty is awful. Sent it in for repair April 26 (had it for 4 months) will not get it back until June 25th. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have had the computer just less than 2 months and it has completely crashed. Every program I tried to open would lock up and freeze up the entire computer just prior to errors and blue screen. It didn't matter if it was LRC or File Explorer. I even did a recovery for an earlier date. Once I did that it ran fine for about 10 minutes and PC wouldn't shut down and completely froze. This computer wasn't used for gaming, just photo editing which it was recommended for. At $1700.00 it shouldn't have this many issues. I didn't even have enough pictures on there to have a Hard drive problem, or speed issues. I am completely baffled. It looks pretty but what good is that if now I am stuck with nothing. I have scheduled an appointment and I hope that BEST BUY can back up there products! My rating will be changed if the problem is solved.

Battery is terrible, gets unacceptable hot HOT, will not print color anything no matter what printer you connect it to, takes for ever to power on after a shut down, we are done with HP. Might be done with Best Buy also as the provided 0 help for this 3 month old laptop.
