Impressed with the quality of this product. The High-Def Ultra HD and speed in performance has earned a point, since HP has been struggling to come back from bad reviews of the early HP convertibles x360s. There is still the issue of the USB ports (i.e. Type-A, and Type-C) not completely shutting down after a power-off. Overall, great product to have, but not worth $2000. I waited for the price to fall below $1500.

Works great. Still getting used to only having one USB port and the touch screen. Seems I always have something on my fingers so prefer not to use the touch screen

Premium quality! It's great to do any of your tasks on it. The graphics on this thing are nuts! The colors are so vibrant and sharp image. 4k screen is amazing to watch videos or to read on

I have used HP Laptops for over 10 years now. Still have my two HP Pavilion from 2013 and with an upgrade to an SSD driver they work great. (writing this review on one of them). So I may be a little biased but they work great. This new HP Spectre is really FAST. It is amazingly simple to operate in all modes. I really have to get used to being extra careful with touching it anywhere on the screen. When moving the laptop I generally touch the bottom and the screen to ensure I don't drop it but with this one, you don't want to do that as it will skip to another application if you are not really really careful. Really happy with the purchase

This is a powerful laptop computer. It is ideal to use with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and to a lesser extent the the applications in Microsoft Office. It has a full size ten key which allows for fast data input of numbers into the spreadsheets and other applications. Also the rest of the keyboard is very well laid out and is comfortable to use. Its display is absolutely beautiful and with the powerful graphics card makes many applications needing those graphic capabilities to work very well and fast. Excellent performance. The one downside of this computer is the memory cannot be upgraded since it is soldered on the motherboard.

By far the best PC I have purchased so far. It is extremely fast and easy to use. The price was on the high side but you are getting quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I have used HP laptops for many years, and have never been disappointed. This Spectre x360 continues that tradition. They have packed this unit with lots of power, in a package that (for the same display size) is actually a bit less wide than my previous laptop, HP Envy x360 (which I also got at Best Buy). I love the fact that this Spectre not only has Windows Hello built-in, but has a fingerprint reader (which a number of laptops don't have), and has a dedicated Active Stylus. I'm going to be looking forward to a good number of years with this versatile device.

This is a great laptop! Setup was quick and painless and everything just works very, very nicely. It's got a great balance of power, features, and capacity to handle a broad range of tasks. The purchase through Best Buy was equally quick and painless and delivery was fast with zero issues. Price was appropriate for a laptop of this caliber but we got a great deal on financing this purchase through our Best Buy account. Knowing it's also backed by Best Buy's excellent support plan gives us every reason to expect this one will have a very long and useful life in our home.

Best laptop ever, dont need to upgrade anything. The only thing that needs to get better is the battery life. Ither than that performance is top notch.

Not a bad Laptop but it gets extremely hot. I do like The amount of memory and also I like the screen. The screen from opening closing and turning into a laptop the hinges are a little loose where as if I’m on the laptop mode and pick up the laptop the screen would automatically fold down on its own. Also I don’t like the location of the power button it’s on the left hand side of the computer towards the back

I've been a MacBook owner for years now and I have to say after buying this Spectre x360 I will never buy from apple again. Much more freedom using this computer, keyboard feels PERFECT and the laptop can be opened up for SSD and RAM upgrades. The computer does heat up but it doesn't slow down the computer unlike MacBooks. The only downside is the loudness from the fan, it does get loud if the volume is low or off but at least that ensures the fans are big and good for cooling down the cpu.

As a business owner I was in need of a new laptop. I was looking for a large data/file memory as in speed for my business. I love my HP- Spectre x360 2 in 1 11.6 4K Ultra HD touch Screen. The programs, Touch Screen, Pen and Fold to a tablet is awesome. I love the slim sleek design and look as well. This PC laptop will not disappoint. I highly recommend this for your business or personal. I have owned now for 8mths and only after I really explored the data/usage/programming/perks will I leave a review. This is the top of the line for 2020.

Fast, great 4K resolution screen, backlit keyboard, 2 in 1 & very nice looking. The thunderbolt port is on an angled corner at the right rear edge. This angle allows the port to exist or otherwise there would be no room for it. The on-off button resides on the left rear angled corner and also allows it to exist there without taking up the space of a port. Creative designing. It does run a little hot so raising the back up on a wedge style console or a notebook cooling pad with fans will help keep the temps. down

Purchaded this for my company & it works great. The display is awesome. Great speed & I love the 360 feature. Love this laptop

This is a great laptop. It is replacing my 4 1/2 year old HP-Spectre which had the battery swelling. Graphics are amazing and it is lightning fast!

Ultra fast computer with an awesome display. The 1 TB SSD with the 16 MB memory make this computer run like a gazelle!! Love it

Overall I think the graphics card and quality for this computer is amazing, one thing I did notice though, the camera quality can be kind of dark.

I traded mine in for a different version but there's nothing wrong with this one it does the same thing on differences it doesn't have hdr

The laptop is amazing and very powerful. It's a very fast starting up, very quick running, and the sound is second to none, Bought primarily for school as an open box geek squad certified. Once I got the Laptop home I had to contact HP cause the geek squad deleted everything from the laptop and almost caused me to almost have to return it but after chatting with HP they were able to help me fix the issues caused by the geek squad had caused. But overall this is an amazing laptop and not many can touch this powerhouse.
