How long has the Computer been in the store
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far it is doing pretty well. I bought two the same day and I obviously got the one that has been sitting around on the shelf for a year or so. My battery doesn't last two hours whereas the one my mom got goes for 5-6 hours. Hers had the new version of Edge and the newest Windows 10 installed. I am disappointed in the fact that the two same computers are not the same.

Great laptop but gets hot and loud
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mainly use my laptop for work purposes or my photography hobby and after owning one 4k 2-in-1 laptop before this (I previously used a Lenovo laptop) I knew I needed both of those features in my next one. I've been using this computer a few weeks now and I honestly love it. The keyboard is the perfect layout, the screen is crisp and vibrant and you get the bonus of having a pen that comes with this laptop. I love the pen and I find myself using it far more than expected. There is nowhere to store it though so if you wish to carry it around, make sure you find a safe spot or it'll go missing. The only negative things I really have to say about this laptop are that it gets really loud and hot. I asked Geek Squad about that and they said given the fact this is a "high end" HP laptop with a good graphics card for gaming, it is to be expected. I will be purchasing some kind cooling pad for this as they recommended.

Depends on what you are looking for.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because it is one of the latest products out. i7 10th gen with a basic Nvidia card. All is well it performs well, but on basic tasks the CPU heats up too much. Which is expected from such a compact unit, but leaves me with a bad taste. If you're ok with slowing down the CPU and adjusting the settings then it's ok. For me not worth the price for having to work around the factory settings to alleviate the high heat settings.

Absolutely love!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this computer! Its so fast and works so smoothly. Being able to turn it into a tablet makes it even better. I use this computer for basic things such as internet browsing, streaming and occasionally play games on it. It replaced my old computer. It has a stylus pen that works great as well. Its a very pretty computer and caught my eye right away when I was in the store. Its very sleek and thin considering it folds in half. Only thing I wish it had was somewhere within the computer to store the stylus.

Excellent laptop if you like Spectre line
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop is wonderful overall. Its like previous Spectre laptop which I liked - fast, good quality graphics and sound, light so mobile. Geek Squad data transfer from old laptop was rough so I Iost lots of data which made past few weeks difficult trying to recover lost data and some I couldn't recover. It also has compatibility issue with external monitor (only 15 months old) so I had to troubleshoot this 6 times with Geek Squad before finding workaround that I must do daily to have external monitor.

Great & fast laptop but need more ports
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a beautiful and well built laptop. It is very fast. Clear 4K resolution screen. However, I prefer to have another USB port since I use it for the mouse and also need another USB port for hooking up a USB printer. It is a very expensive laptop for a 15.6 2 in 1 4K laptop. Does has the same configuration for less but not as nice and well built as this HP laptop.

Best 2 in 1 gaming laptop!! Screen is amazing!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop to replace my old HP pavilion laptop. It was a choice between Dell XPS 15 and this laptop. The features provided for the price made me decide on HP Spectre. I have not been disappointed by my choice. Completely blown away by the display ! the clarity is amazing. It does not get hot when using for general activities like watching movies and browsing. I have been using it for light gaming also and it does get hot when gaming. Overall I do not have any complaints in the 1 week that I have used the laptop.

Great laptop that rivals its competitors
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 15.6” 4K Ultra HD Touch Screen Laptop Intel Core i7 16GB exceeded my expectations. After reviewing several top competitors this Laptop surpassed them all in terms of speed, storage, memory and processing power. Working from home during this pandemic caused me to purchase a new laptop and I could not be happier with my upgrade. If your looking for a machine that you can run multiple programs on, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively look no further than this model!

Love the laptop - the add-ons will kill ya
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this for two weeks. It is a great machine. I especially like how the camera doesn't require extra lighting, in comparison to my old Pavillion. Here's the disappointing part: I wanted to get a second cord so I could keep one at home and one at the office. The Best Buy sales person said the one for my Pavillion would work. Nope. It didn't. That one was 65w and the Spectre requires 135w. Then I spent a couple hours in HP help/chat purgatory trying to find a replacement. Nope. Why is there not a part # shown on a website, even?!? Finally got through and got a part #, but it is not available through HP or through amazon. Ended up at a third party vendor, where it was $200!!!!!!!!!! How can it be that it is nearly 10% of the cost of the whole product just for an extra power cord. That's simply outrageous.

Fast but Toasty
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is fast, the screen is super crisp and the fan is non stop! The little guy gets warm very easily, but it is also performing beautifully. I have learned to put it on a riser and make sure both sides have plenty of space to allow the fan to work (don't put a cool refreshing iced tea next to it while working, or it will quickly become a toasty tea) :-)

Perfection
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for artistic purposes and it has been beyond what I expected. The 2 in 1 aspect makes it so nice for digital art and with one flip, it is back to a lap top for photo/video editing. Worth noting I purchased a dell inspiron 7000/ 11th gen intel core i7/ 16gb ram/ nvidia geforce mx350/ 512gb ssd, and I ended up sending it back and getting my HP instead. Before i was even done with the unboxing I knew I had made the right decision. HP killed it on every aspect!

Good capacity to run many things at once
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second time I have purchased this HP laptop- this one is an upgrade. I like it because of its capacity. I have many tabs and programs open at once and it handles it well. The Bluetooth and speaks stop sometimes and I have to restart them, and it can get overheated but that goes away with a quick restart.

It works.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works as expected. Love the touchscreen. Some keys are slow to react. Comes with installed apps that want you to subscribe. Things get saved to the cloud instead of on the drive. Not sure I like that. Otherwise, I use it for mundane things like pay bills online. I could have used my phone but somethings are best seen on a wider screen.

Good school laptop
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this laptop from the moment I got it. Super convenient to have. Can use the screen keyboard or the regular. I love got it flips to be used like a tablet and use face recognition. What I don’t like is: 1) it only has one usb connection ( my wifi disk broke in the laptop and had to use a usb wifi connector so now I can’t plug anything else to it) 2) it only works with the original charger unless it’s turned off, that’s when it will charge with other chargers. So if you’re like me and you loose your charger you will be going though a hassle to get it to charge. 3.) the wifi disk in the laptop broke ever though I had not dropped it. Out of nowhere it started having issues with connecting to my internet at home and when I took it to geek squad they said it was broken. I don’t know how that’s even possible. Then to get it fixed I have to leave it with them for 2-3 months...

laptop/tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not used my laptop very much, but with the time that I have had it, its been great. I use it for writing books and for studying/research. I have not had the chance to flip into tablet mood yet, but I think those features will be awesome. I love the DESIGN, COLOR CONTRAST--chocolate & gold---the 1TB STORAGE, LAPTOP/TABLET options, THE PEN & CARRYING CASE, THE BEATUIFUL BOX IT CAME IN---I still have the box its so unique that even the box matches the design of the computer.
