Great so far. Haven't had much time to use it at this busy time of the year. The packaging and the computer itself are over the top elegant. Hope the computer continues to live up to that image.

Overall my experience was very good. I went in to buy a new computer capable of handling todays technological demands as a teacher. I had an idea of a couple brands, and the sales rep. was knowledgeable of the computers and their abilities. I took the information and left for a bit to decide on the options. When returning, with a few additional questions, I asked for the rep. but he was elsewhere. The 2nd rep wanted to help me instead of getting him - I figured it was ok. It turned out I had to go through the whole spiel of what I'm using it for; then she wasn't as knowledgeable or less informed of the various products and their abilities. She actually talked me out of buying one of the 2 options I was inquiring - and recommended the one she got on Amazon - not very impressive. I left and returned the next day, when a 3rd sales rep helped, the first had a day off. The 3rd rep was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products, their features and what accessories would be needed with the computer I purchased - didn't over-sell, and was practical with the recommended upgrades, and add-ons.

This laptop is very versatile and has a lot of great features. The design is sleek and attractive. I have found it very useful for working from home. The battery life is amazing and switching to the tablet mode is seamless. Very pleased with my purchase!

This laptop does everything I need it to, and then some for teleworking! When I’m not working on it, my 3yo daughter loves the touch screen and doodle pad for coloring. 10/10 would recommend!

Really liked this lap. Quality build, fast, and just nice looking! However when the 1GB with OLED screen went on sale for the same price less than two weeks later I returned this one and purchased the other. If not for that I would have kept this one.

Bought this product and very happy with this product. Got is for good price during thanksgiving. I like the style and its performance. So far I am very much satisfied with this product.

Very nice and fast for its capabilities. It was a great choice for home use and office. I definitely like that it can be used as a tablet. I only have one downfall with it as I am still old school. I wish it would come with a rom drive.

It's a good laptop, fast, slim, elegant but weak. After 8 months purchased, display did not light up; HP reviewed it remotely and requested send to change display. After 15 days, HP returned it and it seems working perfectly... Let see if we do not have more issues!

This laptop is great however, I wasn't aware it only has 1 usb port and 1 HDMI port. Kinda sticks that you need to buy an extra usb port and also there is no ethernet port so I had to buy a usb port to adapt for the ethernet port. I love the touch screen ability.

The HP - Spectre is the best laptop I have ever purchased. The screen is bright and clear. I especially like the lighted keyboard for use when lights are low as during multi-tasking with t.v. playing. It responds quickly to the touch. Having Alexa built in is just an added bonus. The laptop is lightweight and holds a charge for several hours. Storage capacity is excellent. I don't really use the 360 feature, but it is nice to have it available.

This device is lightweight, very fast and does everything I need it to without question. The Core i7 processor and solid state HDD combined results in a blazing fast machine that easily handles everything most anyone would need.

This laptop is really easy to use with Microsoft programs. The speed of the processor makes transitions between work, schoolwork and other types of applications smooth. The screen is clear and pictures are sharp and well defined.

Purchased this laptop after another brand I purchased had to be returned due to internal hardware ceasing to function properly after 5 weeks. I love the look and feel. It’s not a rectangle with no color or personality. The only option I wish it had was a built in storage spot for the touch pen.

Powerhouse at a great price! Love the fingerprint unlock instead of ANOTHER password. Great bright and 4K screen. Battery life has been good for me too for everyday use. Plenty of ports.

Great buy. Looked around and decided this over dell xps. So far been very happy. Easy to use very quiet and fast. Best computer I have owned. No problems so far. Best Buy did a great job. Buy this and you will have no regrets.

I'm loving this new laptop. I switched from a macbook and not soon enough. It was easy to setup and the speed blows my old mac away. I wish I had moved to HP sooner.

I was looking to get a new laptop as it was time to upgrade from my old Lenovo, and the Spectre series caught my eye pretty quickly. Did some research, and it contained a clean anesthetic design, cool features, and contains a solid graphics and processor, and a lot of memory as well. Not only does this laptop have a built in camera kill switch for privacy but it has a pretty nice HD camera. With all of this you have to pay quite the price however! Hovering at 1000+ you could get a much better custom built pc model for this price point, however, considering I'm a college student and need a laptop and something reliable, HP didn't disappoint. The bottom line is that it's a more premium laptop and works very well for moderate gaming, extremely well for applications and software. It's something that's reliable, slim, and a aesthetically pleasing. If your on the fence I'd say do a little more research and if your happy, pull the trigger and make the purchase.

I had to return the first one because it overheated in Sleep mode. I left it open on its side all night to cool. Geek Squad was quick to act and recommended I come in and they’ll replace it. It was only 1 month old.
