I bought this for my son who is in college and he loves it! I used it a few times as sell and we both highly recommend it. Has all the functionality needed for any task and well worth the price!

Just upgraded from old Lenevo 13"... what a difference! Love the widescreen 15" and new i7 processor with 16GB memory, 512 GB HD and touchscreen is perfect to run real estate business on the go!

Bought this after lots of research. Not intended to be my main computer, but I use it to work remotely away from the office and also to stream movies. So far I love it. Face recognition is fast and efficient, and so is fingerprint scan. Battery life is good but not outstanding. However, it charges really fast so it has not been a problem. Camera and microphone are clear for Zoom and related uses. The Alexa app is handy if you're already a Prime user. Linking to your account takes less than 90 seconds. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

I've always heard a lot of trash talked on HP, BUT I couldn't be happier. Not only do I get my eye candy fix, but it's extremely fast and can handle the stress I put it through. I'm a welder by trade and I've pushed CAD through this puppy and have had no trouble with it. It's not gonna be used for song writing or video editing, but it's a work computer, i use it to send out emails and write lectures, and draw up prints that I need to distribute. It's quiet and efficient, tactically very pleasing, i just wish I had one more USB outlet. BUT I'M SO THANKFUL FOR THE HDMI PORT!! The stylus is amazing and accurate. If I had to do it again i would.

The keyboard offers more comfort than other laptops and makes typing noticeably smoother. The laptop itself is quite remarkable aesthetically and includes a stylus. There's no cd player and limited usb ports. Unless you pay the extra $200-$400 for an OLED screen, the display is average amongst its competitors. This laptop is on the high end of the price spectrum but, you are receiving a high quality product with 512 GB memory and solid state. Overall, if you are looking for a solid long lasting buy, this laptop is worth the extra cost.

Tried Mac and though that was good in its own regard, this machine was much more for me. Blazing fast and I am able to multitask as a creator.

This PC is perfect for the work my wife does. I was lucky to catch it on sale for $1,099 after I purchased at $1,599. Best Buy price matched and refunded the difference. Awesome!

Bought this on sale to replace my 5 year old XPS13. The laptop itself is very aesthetically pleasing with good specs and storage that will be sufficient for most purposes. The graphics card is on the lower end so do not expect to do any serious gaming on this device, but it is good enough for running programs like Inventor. I also really like having the number pad as well. My only complaints would be that the computer can sometimes run hot and the fans can be slightly loud. Also this computer has blue screened on me twice for almost no reason, but I'm hoping its really nothing too serious. Overall I do like this laptop and hoping it will last a few years.

I went in ready to buy a Surface Book 3 or a Dell, and decided on this HP Spectre, for similar specs and about a thousand dollars cheaper. One of Best Buy's computer sales associates recommended it to me, and I went with it. Couldn't go wrong figuring that the tech is upgraded every couple years and I might be buying another one sooner. I really liked the Microsoft Surface products, as my main computer for several years has been a Surface Pro. But gave the HP a try. No complaints on battery life, display, design, power, or ease of use. Excellent computer overall and happy with how it runs. Love the pen (fyi, not as good as surface), love the leather case. I have several programs open all the time, including adobe software, several microsoft products, and browsers. It does it with a breeze (sometimes with the crazy fan that turns on once in a while for a hot second...). Unfortunately, the keyboard space bar started exhibiting a noticeable squeak every time I type with it. After a month's use! Scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad at Best Buy. The service appointment was very hurried, the serviceman was careless with my brand new computer, and I was made to feel like my issue was silly. I was rushed through the appointment and my computer was pushed back into my hands and I was told to have a good day before my questions were answered or any solutions were offered. I would not recommend this computer if you are looking for a top of the line computer. Spend a few hundred more and get something that doesn't have a problem a month into your purchase! I am also disappointed with Best Buy's service, Geek Squad, for the poor customer service. Whether or not it is a problem you can fix, you still should act professionally, answer questions, and offer solutions. It really is too bad because 2 weeks ago I was ready to give this thing (and my experiences at Best Buy) five stars! I am very disappointed!

Excellent computer, I’m at I.T. person who needed a powerful laptop (graphics not important to me) and this does exactly what I need. I run multiple VMs on it without issue.

Bought this for our daughter to start college. I works great and is very fast. Able to process multiple programs simultaneously without slowing down and/or crashing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful looking laptop, works good and is fast. Weight is heavy and fan can get quite loud for short periods. I love all the ports.

I purchased the HP laptop during Holiday Season 2020. Great laptop and price. Great download speed and easy to use. It was a great upgrade from my older Dell computer.

I ended up selling for a Mac book but it was a nice laptop all in one a little pricey the screen was amazing comfortable nice looking touch screen overall nice laptop

I recommend purchasing this HP Spectre The screen touch is a very cool feature and the keyboard has soft keys to make typing easy. I'm glad that I choose the HP laptop. Thank you.

Awesome laptop and tablet. Thin, sleek, stylish, and fast. HP hit a home run with this one. The included pen is great too. Way better than overpriced Apple products.

Got it at a great price. Wanted a new computer come tax season to do my taxes. Plus needed an upgrade. I didn't open it until March, which was my mistake. Opened box, so nice! It is beautiful. But one I started setting it up I notice the large zero(0) key on the number pad doesn't work. Now I think I am stuck with a defective item. I didn't buy the extended Best Buy warranty but should be under regular warranty. Best Buy has been no help. I needed a number pad not it doesn't work. All in all the computer is nice but the number pad on the one I received is defective. I wish someone would help me.

First one bought refurbished had something wrong with camera where it went black. Returned for a different one and have been happy. Great screen and sound. Good processor and touch screen. Nice sleek design.
