This laptop is a dream! It's fast, smooth design, hinges hold up and its so nice to have! It can get a little heavy but it doesn't bother me.. I love doing school work on this!

Looks great and really hums. I bought it for my son for Engineering in college so I wanted something that would last 4 years. Also, BestBuy had great service and the best price.

Overall, this has been a great purchase. I bought it based on the top notch features/specs for the price point. It does not disappoint. I hope I can get a few solid years out of it.

My new laptop is beautiful and has so many awesome capabilities. I am still struggling to figure out all that it can do, and at this point am mostly doing ordinary typing of documents. Because the keyboard and other aspects are so different that the computers I have used over the past 30 years, it is a whole new learning curve. If there is a users' guide suitable for an older person who does not do gaming, please let me know. I know I can contact HP for support or the Geek Squad at the Best Buy where I purchased it, but having something in writing would be most helpful.

Excellent laptop, big upgrade over my old laptop and probably has more horsepower than I will ever use, but better to have more and not use than not have enough.

My daughter was looking for a good laptop for college. She needed one that wasn't going to slow down when she coded or heat up when she was on multiple application. The venting system on the laptop is great as well, the laptop never got to hot. Aesthetically, it is also pleasing. The display is beautiful and the backlit keyboard is extremely helpful when doing all-nighters. The tilt pen is a great addition to the product, because my daughter is also very much into design. This cut out the possibilty of her needing to buy another device for her design course work. Overall, a great device and worth every penny!

Just what I was looking for. Super fast. And works great working from home and doing video conference calls/meetings.

I wanted a faster processor and better screen. I’m very happy with my HP Spectre. The touch screen is a nice feature.

I needed something that I could use for business. It came with most of what I already needed. As I added software for work, it loaded fine, all with great performance.

I bought two other laptops at Best Buy and did not like the quality as much as this one. It feels solid and looks really nice. I am hard of hearing, but the sound is ok for a laptop. Of all the laptops I looked at and tried the sound on this was the best. I have used the laptop for quite a few medical virtual visits and love the camera quality. Overall I think this should last me quite a few years. One drawback though, I am used to a bulky 17 inch and this one is very light so I am not used to using a very lightweight laptop. The 17 inch I had was a lot thicker also.

Got it for around 1500, the 16GB ram makes it very fast for multitasking. Touchscreen and face recognition works without any issue . A laptop that will be go a long way

I want to apologize for my previous review. I was very frustrated and overwhelmed and took it out on your dept. I was able to finish installing everything and got email working. I was unfamiliar with Windows 10 and the new updates/ technology. I wish there was a geek squad for older people who aren’t quite as savvy. I feel stupid asking questions etc. I needed the computer right away and was frustrated about the 2 day wait Sorry for taking it out on the employees with my review

Initially, I had planned to give this computer a 4*. Unfortunately, tonight my keyboard quit working. No I am having to send it back to HP for repair after only 38 days. That is unacceptable. Pros: Fast, Great Display, Attractive, Tablet mode and pen are great, faux leather case, whiteboard mode Cons: Keyboard quit working after 38 days, camera is not high quality. Camera advertised as 1080p in the description. Computer says it is 720p. The letters on my keyboard quit working. Unfortunately, my sign-in password contains letters and numbers so I could not sign-in. Fingerprint sign-in quit working too. It looks good on paper, but it doesn’t keep working. Hopefully, when HP returns mine it will work properly. I would suggest that you keep searching for another computer. This one has too many flaws. I wish I had not bought it.

Laptop performs than I expected. Great resolution, quick start up, and quick download speed. reasonably priced.

Bought this for my 20 year old college student. She loves it. Picture and color are stupendous. The speed is amazing. Set up was a breeze! Highly recommend!!!

Seems to be a good laptop but was much heavier than I expected (bought online). Also I was disappointed that I had to buy a docking station to plug my two monitors into it. Other than that, all is good.
