Computer ran so hot that it burnt the wooden desk it was on. We would keep the charger in over night with the screen closed (computer is sleeping) and come back in the morning to computer that wouldn't turn back on and hot enough to cook an egg. There were also issues with turning it back on, needing to wait quite some time without knowing if you would lose all your information. Returned this computer to get a Macbook. Great screen resolution. Fast processor.

Great product and at a unbeatable price. Very strong configuration

Cons: There was a screw under the "I" key that didn't go to anything, it was keeping half the key from compressing at all. I removed the screw with some tweazers and now everything is fine. You can't play 4k games on this display. Pros: I got this laptop right before it went on sale and Bestbuy honored their "price match guarantee" and got $250 plus tax back from the original price. The display is very nice, can reliably stream 4k videos with little to no frame droppage. Overall: I like the laptop but there are definitely better laptops out there for the same price.

This laptop has all the bells in whistles, and I’m more of a MacBook user but this has really changed my outlook on Microsoft! I love the integrated Alexa, and how I can fold the laptop to do graphic design work. The processor is extremely fast and the graphics and the edge less screen is breathtaking!

Slick and speedy. I didn't think I'd use the tablet function much if ever...yeah, use it quite a bit. Some reviews mentioned it getting hot...yeah, it get's hot, but you have a high powered CPU sitting on your lap in a slim profile. It really only gets truly hot if doing major workloads. I live stream with it a lot, then it gets hot. When doing normal tasks, creating presentations, watching videos, etc. It's not an issue. My only issue is with the power button. It's hidden on the outside upper left hand corner. HP trying extra hard to be cute.

The HP Spectre X360 is a great all around home laptop. However, we purchased it as a travel laptop and it is a bit to heavy for traveling.

This is the second Spectre we’ve purchased. Out of five years, there were never any problems with 13 inch Sprectre laptop except for (after four years of perfect service) “screen ghost touching”. It was like someone was touching the screen in different places. This started to happen after the computer was in for several hours of use. Combined with BestBuy sales and a generous buyback offer, I upgraded to be Sprecte 15 inch and so far is flawless.
