Great Laptop - not easy to upgrade to W10 Pro

I would give it 5 stars but I give it 4 since the upgrade of the Windows OS to W10 Pro did not work. I bought the upgrade license and simply changing the product code did not work. After a long session with a Geek Squad rep. who tried to perform the upgrade, it was determined that a clean install of W10 Pro must be made by turning the laptop to Best Buy for service by Geek Squad. Since I got it on a Black Friday sale, I rate the value good. At full retail, it is expensive.
