this computer has been really nice and easy to use. love the features that came with it. use it mostly for editing pictures from my camera, but will use it for more as time dictates. haven't used the pen yet so can't review that. very happy with this computer so far. can't review much more because have only had it for a month.

Its good laptop, the graphics is very good, lookwise I like this one. Only one I didnt like that is, by performance wise I find it slow comparing with similar configuration HP laptop (windows 11) which cost $800. When I had to take remote access to any other systems, it works slow. It is little slow when it is new, I guess once we start installing the stuffs it will further reduce its performance

Love it! Looks good and it's fast. Only issue we had was an HP update messing up the facial recognition camera. We rolled back the updste and it's working again. This is our first pc with a ssd and we like it.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use for the upcoming school year! She loved the rose gold color and how thin it was! The screen quality is awesome, size is perfect, and the color is great for someone who wants to stand out from the crowd. Great value for the money. I will be purchasing this laptop again for MYSELF next time!

Had a few issues when I first got it but very quickly handled and am very happy with it since. I edit photos and some video and its been able to handle all I have thrown at it plus. Also doesn't hurt that it is compact and professional looking, solid built.

I'm really getting to hate this laptop after 6 months of use. The main problem is the super-sensitivity of the touch pad. I've got the sensitivity dialed down to its lowest setting but I'm continually accidentally moving or deleting files, clicking on URLs unintentionally and performing other actions without intending to. The battery life is nowhere near as advertised and that's with the screen brightness set to 50%. HP claims 10 or more hours on one charge whereas I'm getting maybe 3 or 4. Finally, the finger print reader just stops working. I've set it up several times and it will work fine for a day or two but then just stops and has to be reset. I've given up on it now. On the plus side it's pretty solidly made, good looking and fast. This is the most expensive laptop I've bought and I was expecting much better.

Nice Computer for my daughter for college. Nice screen and easy to use. We got it black Friday and it was 500.00 off retail price. She loves it and didn't want a mouse, We added the student Microsoft word and all the things a student would need including virus protection. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful.

So far love this laptop !! I had a MacBook this whole time so I like the difference and how cool this is . I mainly bought it because of school so I haven’t tested out excel and Adobe cloud yet . My MacBook was not compatible because it was too old so we will see is it would work on this but so far love it
