Great Laptop for this price. Need to see how this works in long run

This has been a great laptop at a great price. The only thing I would change is that The keyboard placement seems odd, and I wish I would have typed for a bit on the store model prior to purchasing. I love the backlit keyboard, and the ease of use otherwise. We don’t use the pen.

I'm so happy with this purchase. My previous laptop was pretty old. I did some research but also used the chat to help determine which laptop was best for me. The help was amazing. This laptop was packaged exceptionally well. It was easy to set up and I love all the features of it!

It truly is a beautiful computer and if your priority is to have a centerpiece or something others will envy, this could be the computer for you. It's very well made, and the screen is gorgeous! But it wasn't for me. Coming from a 12" Macbook, it was just too big and heavy and while the keyboard is great I couldn't get used to it being off center due to the number keypad, which also made the trackpad off center. In the end, it was the poor webcam and the battery life that were the deciding factors to returning it. I like my screen bright, so I always ran it at highest brightness so I'm sure that didn't help with battery life, but I found myself constantly looking at the battery indicator, as if I was watching a a fuel gauge on the highway in an old gas guzzler. Bottomline - if you want a well-built powerful computer with a beautiful screen this may be for you, but I'm going to look for something lighter and smaller with better battery life and better webcam.

Got this for my tech smart high school senior who needs to utilize multiple programs, functions and applications. This has been an excellent purchase for schoolwork which has been virtual, and it can be brought to college next year. Our senior is thrilled with this, and so the are we!

The computer and its basic functions are great for work. The biggest problem, for HP and BestBuy is that the Camera Video resolution, which is the specific reason i bought it is not specified correct in any spec sheet. Should be 1080p front facing camera. It only goes to 720.

This laptop has great features and the processor is fast. It is compact, the Screen is crystal clear, there is enough memory and it is featherlight. Just a winner all round. Could not be happier with this laptop.

Great laptop. Screen is huge relative to the size of the laptop. Have not experienced any heating problems, but I only a casual user. My one critique is the weight. It's heavier than it looks, but you get used to it.

The fan is quiet, very fast processor, lots of screen real estate. For those looking more USB ports, rest assured: the USB-C ports will work perfectly fine with your USB-A hub, using an adapter... no problem at all.

the wife has one that is a year old and it hasnt slowed down. got the same as her since she had such great luck with hers. this is better with the button that shut the camera off from the outside, quick to get to sites. same size screen but smaller overall size. nuff said...true believers

Overall this is a good laptop. Have not tried all the bangs and whistles yet but overall performance is up to my expectations. It does get warm after a few hours of usage and battery life is not as long as expected. Good screen resolution for a laptop. Keyboard is sensitive to touch so a separate keyboard is not really necessary.

Well I bought this computer but I returned it because it did not turn on. Which is really weird because my wife really fell in love with the computer and we got it on Black Friday for $1000 but I ended up returning it because he didn’t turn on those very disappointing .

Design and screen mean nothing when the computer can't even run design applications. Trash graphics card. I'm returning it. I don't recommend, MAYBE with a much better grade graphics card this computer would be ok. I also didn't like thag there was only one USB port. It had other ways to connect devices but not with more USB ports. It's actually really heavy too. The last thing I will say is thag it made a lot of noise, the fan would get loud and you could literally hear clicking and stuff like the hardware was having a really hard time keeping up. So yea, I do not recommend.

Bought this laptop a little less than a month ago. I haven’t any problems. It runs very fast when I cruise the web, and it open pages with ease. I’ve even gotten use to using Alexa.. Coming from a 9 year old Toshiba I bought from Best Buy also, this was an awesome upgrade!

Good reviews, powerful specs with really nice 4K screen. Little pricey. Terrible check out process with Best Buy prevented me from getting free Anti-virus software that was supposed to come with the unit. Convenient and quick curb-side pick-up available. Pathetic BB return policy; suggest buying from a retailer with a better policy.
