The computer looks great and is very quick to boot up, as well as speed of navigation. The only issue is that documents printed from this laptop are very light in print, as compared to the exact same document printed from another device (iPhone or another computer) to the exact same printer. Geek assistance via phone was unable to determine the source of problem, which means additional cost to us for Geek to travel to our home to diagnose. A brand new computer should not have a printing problem.

This laptop is great for anything especially if you are into computers or very computer savvy. Very pleased with this machine.

I watch videos, use it for work with microsoft but it is best for use with video chats. The audio and video is extremely clear.

This laptop is excellent, it pretty much can do everything but the fans are very loud when the laptop getting hot

Purchased this laptop as an upgrade to my 2017 13in Spectre x360. This 2020 Spectre x360 15in laptop has been a great upgrade!

I am a small business owner and buy all of my laptops from Best Buy. I bought two of these HP Spectres this summer and one had to be sent back after the first day of use and spending time on the phone to troubleshoot. Never had that happen before. The other one has had some issues with the fan not wanting to shut off but now is working correctly. Our nearest store is an hour away and it's a major hassle to deal with these types of problems - other than sending it back via the mail. I hope this remains an exception but I'm not likely to buy this model again.
