Not what I hoped for.

I work with a lot of photos and presentations, so I have connected two external monitors via a JB5 docking station. The computer is grinding and making noise randomly and sometimes disconnects from my external monitors. I tried a USB 4 port hub and the same thing happens. Considering returning this laptop. So far not worth the cost. It's a good looking machine, but....

Weak Battery But Sharp Touch Screen

Not bad for the price. reasonably fast for simple apps. But very weak battery. Also, massive Bezels. Too Heavy.

I mean EVERY time. My new one seem to be working fine. With that being said, the Geeks were absolutely great. They set me up with a new computer no questions asked.

Good but not as advertised

Example: BestBuy website clearly states under specifications that it has a DisplayPort connection as well as a Thunderbolt connection, but it doesn’t have either. Seems like a fine laptop, just wouldn’t recommend buying from Best Buy online without seeing things in person first since they tend to have inaccurate info in their specification sections.
