Overall experience with product is great so far but I find the cooling fan too loud that it can be sometimes annoying. I got the product during Black Friday week but it could be cheaper otherwise.

My newly acquired HP Spectra freezes up quite frequently and reacts slowly to input as compared to earlier computer models and brands I have owned in the past (utilizing the same internet service).

Should be a good laptop. SSD with 16 GB RAM, touch screen and long life battery. Problem is as you type in a WORD document it randomly erases entire lines. In addition it opens windows while you browse. I've run HP trouble shooting and tried to reload the mouse pad driver. The trouble shooting won't complete the drag and drop test. Next stop is HP help center. That process works. I used it about 8 years ago. Just takes a long time as the remote tech will INSIST on going over every step I've already done before they take it back for repair. That will take around 4 hours after which they'll tell me. yup its broke'. Then they'll send me packaging to ship it away for 3 weeks to be prepared. System works but when you by a laptop and pay top price for it, you expect it to jsut work.

1 week after purchase, Stuck while editing photo, had to restart...less number of ports and heavy build disappointed..doesn't justify the price.

This computer would only hold a 1.5 hour battery life after fully charged. It has a beautiful screen and many amazing features. I hate that I had to return it.

this was sold to me as a gaming computer. the processor is not near enough. a lot of $$ to spend on a laptop that don't do what i needed. I went back, another salesman sold me the perfect laptop, knew what he was doing.

I have bought open box but got a damaged screen. Not sure what the geek squad checks. Otherwise good product

Had the laptop for 5 months .. something happened took to geek squad and it was replaced..

Looks great but speaker blown and I don't play things loud... very disappointed laptop is new.

Fast speed, screen is to small. My knuckles hit the touch screen and all hell breaks loose

This is my second new laptop since the first one did not have an operating speaker. My first laptop did not have Microsoft Office as I was told it would be loaded when I would picked it up. I was given the computer and told it was ready to go. I was totally upset when I could not use it. I went back and got Microsoft loaded. After much frustration I finally had my laptop setup like I wanted it including getting Geek Squad to set up my scanner so I could scan multiple pages into one file. Then I found that I only had one operating speaker. Then I had to turn in my laptop and did not have a computer for nearly a week so I could get the same laptop. I had to pay for a thumb drive so my information could be download while I had no laptop. Now I am back to square one. I believe you should give me an additional year on my warrantee and an additional year with the Geek Squad. I am not a happy customer.

Battery is pretty poor, screen often freeze, speed, picture quality and sound are good

If you can get the AMD model then do it, simply because Intel sucks

nice design, fast very elegant but the battery last only 2-3h

I purchased less than 3 months ago for my son to do his online school . The hard drive went down ! I had to call HP wait an hour for someone to try to help me . I ended up shipping it to them so they can fix it . Don’t waste your money . I wish I could really get a refund at this point .

Cannot use too complicated. Could not get 1 month free office.

Had a screen defect (horizontal dead pixel line). Returned.

its a good laptop but its just good it can be alot better
