Not even two years old screen is done for. Price of a top tier product but sadly is a low tier product. Should’ve never switched from MacBook.

Very disappointed with this item. Purchased in October, rarely uses it and it shuts off when it is unplugged to be used with battery only.

The laptop provided by bestbuy is always has technical issues. Even my friend also had same same issue when ordered hp laptop from bestbuy.

Very solid laptop. Good performance even three years later. Looks nice. Definitely worth the cost for performance. Have not had any issues with it over the years and daughter is now using it at college. I like it better than my Mac to be honest! She loves the color of it as well. All around it is a good laptop that performs as one would hope.

Was an impulse purchase that I immediately regretted. Graphics were lagging even on youtube

I am really enjoying the Spectre x360 15". It may not be the fastest laptop but it IS fast! I have reloaded Photoshop Lightroom Classic as well as Photoshop Elements 2021 and this machine handles these programs at breakneck speed. Performing your backups onto an external drive? The Spectre x360 smokes that task! Backing up to a cloud (I use iDrive) is still painfully slow but that is no fault of the x360. I am still tweaking my font size(s) as well as browser zoom sizes. I am looking to find that sweet spot where I don't have to zoom in or out depending on what I am doing. (I'm an old guy with old guy vision!) One more USB 3.0 would be nice. I'm not a vlogger nor do I shoot much for video, on my cameras, so I can't attest to performance in that regard. However!! My photography has never looked better. The resolution of the AMOLED display is top notch. Yes...the Spectre x360 can run hot. The fans do their job and are more audible than many would like but for me it's not a deal breaker. Speakers are quite decent. My final configuration: 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AMOLED display, Intel Optane memory (whatever the hell that is), GeForce 1650 TI with MaxQ Design, Poseidon Blue case.

This is a great laptop for everyday use. I used it throughout high school and first year of college. This laptop isn’t the best for running adobe services, but great for playing a few games, getting work done, and to watch movies.

This computer is an excellent computer. Super fast with the SSD. I have had this computer the for over 3 years and still runs great. Would definitely recommend.

This laptop is very good. I just got it a few days ago and right away it took my breath away. I only have 2 issues and one minor issue. This is a fantastic laptop but if you want to use it for gaming listen up. The fans are loud when gaming and the laptop gets very hot. Now this isnt a big issue to me right now because i use a controller to play games such as warzone or fortnite I am worried about my computer. This is a very new computer and I would like to not be stressing about how hot it gets. If anyone knows how to solve loud fans and high tempatures please let me know @ [email protected]. Gaming aside this computer is fantastic. Although while gaming i can get 120 frames I still have a noisy fan. But whilst watching netflix or youtube or anything not gaming related this laptop is insane. My only other issue is that i hear a staticy sound coming from inside the computer when i use 4k resolution. Now this isnt a big deal if im watching a movie with headphones on but if im trying to have peace and quiet i need to be on 1920 x 1080p resolution. Now if anyone has any tips on how i can fix these things please let me know but other than that this laptop is worth its price. I got it for 1350 while it was on sale but for 1600 dollars its still a great value. You can also tell that this computer has an amazing keyboard because i have been writing this review for less than 5 minutes without an issue. I really recomend this laptop to anyone who wants to have a premium ultra book. HP really did a good job but Im still wondering if i have a defective computer or i just have incorrect settings.
