Bad quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the HP Sprocket for myself for my birthday. I was impressed by how small and sleek it was but when it came to printing out pictures, the pictures came out pretty blurry. I thought they were going to come out looking like Poloroid pictures but they didn't.

Posted .Hi KimC,
I apologize for the challenges you encountered with your Sprocket printer. You may want to try the suggestions below before discounting the Sprocket print quality:
1.) Make sure you are using "HP brand" ZINK paper, as third party brands will not be properly calibrated to our printer.
2.) Ensure you load the blue Smartsheet with each pack of paper, as this calibrates the printer to that specific pack of paper.
3.) Confirm you are printing decent quality photos with good lighting, otherwise they can come out dark.
4.) When editing a photo in the Sprocket app, you can utilize the auto-enhance wand (far left icon) to further improve the image lighting/contrast.
Hopefully these suggestions help bring the joy back to using your Sprocket unit.

Neat product but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a cool thought but the colors were off and did not produce as nice of picture as you would think. The app and printer is very handy but I couldn't bring myself to use it much because pictures just didn't look nice once they were printed.

Great printer...horrid color
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer works great. But that case color is HORRID!! They list it as Blue/Violet...well it's not even close to the color in the photos. More like dark ugly teal color. DO NOT GET BLUE!!! I suggest sticking with the plain white.

Sprocket- Ehh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for daughters bday, so kids can take photos and print. as the equipment does not hold many sheets, we constantly had to reload, the speed was just ok, wish it was a bit faster. The price is a bit on the high end.

Pictures were too small
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this printer for my 9 year-old granddaughter as a Christmas present. She was excited about printing her pictures, but she/we had difficulty figuring out how to get it to work. It is fun to see printed pictures, but the pictures are very small. Being able to print instant photos is appealing, but the appeal quickly wears off. You will probably use the picture blanks quickly and getting a new supply of them gets expensive. I think this is just a novelty. For the cost of this device, your money would be better spent on a standard printer. That way you could print different sizes of pictures and use different paper.

Picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the price point of the printer but the picture quality was poor and having to photoshop every single picture to enhance overall print quality was exhausting.

Works ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer for photos from a phone are not bad, but the issue is the cost of the paper for this unit - it's really expensive. It came with some in the package but I went to buy more and got sticker shock.

Only good for occasional single prints
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to inventory my boxes with sticky printed pictures of the contents. The printer comes with 10 sheets and I purchased an additional 100 sheets, After 20 sheets, it started to get blue instead of white. At 40 sheets the prints were even darker. After 50 prints I returned the printer where the sales person told me how many people had returned the printer. Also the printer gets so hot htat I could barely hold it. ALso you have to print one sheet at a time and each print takes fomr 4 - 6 minutes.

It’s okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Convenient to have and aesthetically pleasing product but the overall quality of the picture isn’t that great. The colors seem dull. The paper size is wallet sized.

Cool, but not very practical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife, and she used it a few times, but the pictures are a lot smaller than I realized they would be. Its a cool gift, but not practical for use.

Not worth the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this as a gift for my little brother who loves to take pictures. I thought it'd be cool to be able to print out pictures whenever you wanted but the quality of the photos is terrible. We noticed the light colors in the first few photos, but the more we printed the worse the quality is. I have a Samsung S8 and my camera quality is great so there's no reason for the pics to be coming out pixely and not focused. We hate this printer definitely not worth $100.

Great Printer for On-The-Go!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to receive my HP Sprocket Photo Printer. I am the type of person when I take pictures on my phone or computer I never remember to print them out. With the HP Sprocket Photo Printer, I can print while I am on the go or from home. I can easily put it in my purse or bag as it is smaller than my hand. There is no ink, plugins, etc. that you have to use. Simply download the app and sync your mobile phone to the printer. Add the photo paper that came with your printer as it is already stacked correctly so that you can install the right way, glossy side up. There is no manual but the setup is easy as I said. After you install the printer paper, hold the long button on the side to power on your printer. Be sure your Bluetooth is always turned on when using the printer. When printing images be sure the image will fit properly for the small photo paper. You will not get professional images but instead, the images come out on the grainy side but great for creating images for a scrapbook, wallet size photos, sending smaller images to friends or family. I love this printer because it does what I want it to do. I printed my first two photos of my kids and put them in my car so they are always with me. cheesy to some I know. But I love it and the kids love taking silly photos and printing them out to show everyone. This is a great product for anyone who loves to take photos and needs to print them out right away. Kids have a game and you want to capture those quick snaps and print them right there, this is the product for you.

Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quality of the print is really grainy, but it’s not awful. The commercial makes it look like the print will be crisp and clear.
