I am sorry to hear that you are having print quality problems with the little printer. Maybe we can improve your photos.
First, I'd recommend that you update your firmware, we're constantly improving the colors through firmware updates. Then, you can follow the other troubleshooting directions in this document: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05660842
Also, you can try ""tweaking"" the photos before printing, using the Sprocket itself or another app to do the editing.

You have to download an app on your phone to print out pictures but you are able to link instagram, facebook, flickr and photos from your camera roll to print out. You can also edit pictures from the app; plenty of filters to choose from, borders, ability to crop and add text!

I had such a great time taking photos, editing them and printing them for myself and the other guests. This is a really fun, small tech tool. It actually was slim enough to fit in my back pocket!

I purchased it for my teen daughter who enjoys scrapbooking and the size of the pictures are perfect for that. I did have a little trouble opening it to load the paper, but only because there were no instructions. I googled it and it was super easy. Overall I'd recommend it.

I was not looking for something with perfect color, etc. but, one thing is for sure.. this is fun and convenient... the picture quality is not bad considering it uses heat technology to develop the pictures. I do wish that I could get bigger prints, but I knew ahead of time that was not an option. I also wish I could order just paper without it being a sticker... I'll never intentionally pull the back off and think that is just an added expense to the paper... Over all... I would buy this again and know I'll get plenty of use and fun out of this little printer.

We took it with us to visit family over the holidays and it was great for printing spontaneous pictures of our get togethers. I would definitely recommend the printer and taking it with you to parties and activities, it will make you really popular! The app was easy to download and use. I charged it over night, downloaded the app to my Samsung S9 and started printing! Great little printer! I can't wait to use this with my grand-daughters when we make our scrapbook after grandparent camp! If my thoughts on this printer change I will update but today I will give this many thumbs up!
