I purchased the HP Sprocket Printer for a recent trip to Ghana, West Africa. I planned to visit a village in which I had lived and worked as a volunteer over 40 years ago. I wanted to be able to take and leave photos with my old friends and considered the Fujifilm Instamax camera, but since I already have a smartphone, the Sprocket made the most sense given its smaller size and weight. The printer and the photos were a big hit among the people I visited. I have my memories on my phone and they have theirs. The only negative I have is the small size of the photos: 2x3. That was a tradeoff for the convenient printer. I hope that as the technology advances, a slightly larger but flatter printer might be available to produce 4x6 or at least 3x5 photos. But for now I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a nice little photo printer that you can take with you to create little photo prints at the current spot to share it with people. The colors aren't that vivid. It's kind of light and soft. If you can deal with that then that's good. Another little thing is that this can fit an external hard drive protection case. I have one and now that's what I'm using to protect this Sprocket with. Ink is on the specialize Zink paper. Keep in mind that you need to keep the blue card in hand to print because I'm guessing that it needs to calibrate the ink on it. I enjoy it and using it to make scrap photobooks to keep memories.

Very simple to use. Small enough to take anywhere. Photos come out good but also some don’t come out so good either because on some you can see some weird lining on it.

Bought for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loves it!

This was a gift for our 14-yr-old granddaughter. She loves it. Easy to use and a fun way for a teenager to have instant photos to share with friends or put up around her room.

This product prints out the best photos. I can peel off the back and use it on my scrapbooking or put them in cards. It’s great on the go. I always take it with me.

Wasn't sure how the pictures would turn out when purchased this little printer for my daughter, but they turned out really nice. Small enough to fit in her purse. Great little printer.

How can you expect amazing photos from a printer that does not use ink. Surprisingly the pictures are pretty decent. We got it for our youngsters birthday. Its easy to set up and use. I think its worth the money.

Bought this for my wife because she thought it would be fun to print small pics of our kids on the fly The pics come out very blurry, it is convenient and for what it is, it’s not to bad. Would be fun for kids and teenagers who want to print pics of there friends
