Not as advertised, does not include Office 365

I was looking for a basic laptop to handle emails and light work in MS word/excel. The other laptops I considered did not include office 365, so I purchased this HP 11.6". However, after speaking with customer service, that advertisement is not correct. This does not include a free office subscription. The laptop itself seems fine for basic use. The trackpad is smoother than I expected and although the keyboard is small, typing on it isn't a problem. I'm returning it on principle, but if you don't mind paying for office separately, then this laptop would be satisfactory for basic uses.
