You can’t put any outside apps on it, so google type apps can’t be downloaded. And downloads in general are less available. If you use Microsoft products exclusively then it would probably be a very good device, but I don’t.

It's great if you have lots of time

I purchased it for my daughter to do her homeschooling on and returned it to buy a laptop that had a better processor and more RAM because this one just took too long to load stuff. (And all we used it for was her online school work. She didn't put an additional apps on it.)

Too slow

I have to take it really slow and open as minimum pages as possible for it not to freeze.

Only one thing that I think it should be improve is the fact that the buttons are a lil lose. 4 day the enter button fell off and couldn’t be able to put it back. :(

I was impressed at how fast this little laptop is and I love that they keys are large and blocky, perfect for little hands.
