So Dissapointed

Moved superrrr slow could t get anything I wanted to do done and the speakers are in and out. Cortana can’t hear me at all. It’s to the point I just got it yesterday and I wanna return it today. What’s more upsetting is that I just got rid of a newly bought refurbished one which stopped turning on out of nowhere to get a brand new one that has even worse issues. Returning ASAP!

Nice Computer but Horribly Slow

I am currently looking into a way to make it faster, if I cannot find one then I will 100% have to get rid of it. To give an idea when you click to open your gmail account you'll have roughly a 10 second wait. Having multiple open windows is unbearable.
