I bought in a panic when my Mac crashed right as wfh started and this computer has been a headache from day 1! It overheats if I work on it with the charger plugged in, if I watch a video, sometimes the screen just goes black. I’m a mac person but this was the best value until I could fix my mac and wow am I not impressed with HP at all! Save yourself a headache, fork out a few more bucks and get a better computer! I know I wish I did.

Its small but it gets the job done. Had to find something quick for work purposes and took my chances with this laptop. Don't regret it at all.

There are some issues with my new computer. Several times in the couple of weeks I have had it, my computer does a very strange thing. The cursor will suddenly, and for no apparent reason, begin darting crazily all over the screen. Nothing I try will stop it. As a result, the screen changes, and goes to places I don't know how to exit. It lasts about a minute, I estimate. I tried calling Best Buy, but I was not able to hold for an hour or more. I know these are difficult times. How can I contact someone who can instruct me on this?

I love the small size and so far it seems to really be quite the laptop. I’m using to print labels and it works great! Happy with the purchase.

I bought Thea computer for my brother, he uses it for school, and The computer gets the job done. We haven't had any problems with the computer

Poor wifi on mine. Maybe it's just my ISP but this laptop constantly runs slow during connection and plenty of lag to go with it. Otherwise it's just a laptop like any other.

I bought this computer for my daughter and she loves it. She wanted a small computer to carry with her everywhere and it is the perfect size.

The laptop is everything as it was described. Runs Netflix and YouTube. Bought for an 11 yrs old's first laptop. She seems happy with it.

Everything works perfect! Had to remove s mode because couldn’t do anything! Once removed everything works google meets videos pics

Nice size for children, Works great w/ Windows 10. It was a little laggy at first but after about a week, It was fine.

Older Granddaughter's laptop is a great value and much needed for her collage courses, she is very happy with it
