Bought May 2020 and by early September 2020, audio began cutting out. Next month the audio cut out, loud drill-like noises, freezing up, and inability to mute the noises. I have to hard reset the laptop each time.

Best buy will not let me return it every store has 30 day return policy but not best buy. I will no longer be doing business with best buy . I was willing to spend more money on a laptop if this could be returned but they lost my business for life

This thing has zero processing power. There is a delay for the most simple things such as typing on Word. Can't process multiple windows being opened, writing a paper is virtually impossible. Battery lasts for about an hour before you need to recharge. Absolutely frustrating that I wasted my money on this piece of junk.
