Keeps freezing for a brand new laptop

Don't Waste Your Money

S mode makes them computer very limited and out of s mode is was extremely slow

Terrible can't stream video

The WORST!!!

I trusted all these good reviews and we have been having issues since we got it and I couldn't even get anyone from Best Buy to help us! First we were having microphone, video and stereo issues with this laptop. Since Monday 6/22/2020 it's been heating up while my kid is attending summer school on Zoom and we can't even use the laptop at all! What a piece of crap laptop. Do not get this item! What a waste of money!!!! Not worth the one star

Quit working less than a month after purchased

It took me a couple of days to o figure out how to file a warranty claim with HP and it’s going to take at least another 2 weeks for them to send me a box to mail it off to their repair center, them to repair it and send it back to me. Needless to say my daughter is asking me when will I have her laptop repaired daily.

Save your money don't

Stopped working after 3 months. HP was ridiculous about replacing it and had me delete and download this and that, which was a HUGE waste of time. HP computers are the worst. This is the last HP I am buying. They last a few months and then self-destruct. This is the 3rd one I've owned and I regret every purchase. Save the money and buy an Apple.
