Do not buy

I have done internet resets, a master reset it still won't work. My internet connection is good, my other devices never skip a beat, I basically have this just to sit on a shelf.

NOT GOOD PURCHASE AT ALL

The only way the laptop would stay on, was it had to stay plugged in. I am not a computer person, but I thought all laptops now-a-days came with built in Wi-Fi. I purchased this laptop for my son to do his school work while out of school and I was really disappointed.

Laptop for school

Hp says my warranty is expired though I had just purchased it and it comes with a 1 year warranty. The computer stopped working. Hp couldn't fix it nor could geeksquad. So I got a bad laptop for my daughters schoolwork and no one will replace it!

Overheats

The bottom of the computer gets burning hot after a few minutes of casual use (surfing the web, checking email). I read that some HP models had exploding batteries due to overheating. Do not buy!!

Horrible computer

Very small and it kept on shutting down within the first five minutes of turning it on. Do not recommend in the slightest.

I've reset it many time to factory setting and still mouse freezes. Not worth the prize. It's the worst laptop I've purchased so far.

Turned it on today and all that will come up is “Boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk.”
