Lags really bad even after restarting. Have not installed anything, just purchased in April and have used it twice.

I purchased this laptop at Target and it was the last one in stock. I honestly wanted a bigger screen size but I've only had it for a day and I am in love! I love how small and compact it is. I love the keyboard, the color of the laptop and the Windows 10 features. I still need to learn how to fully use this thing. It's mainly for college and surfing the web. Any college students need a cheap reliable laptop, I would recommend this one fasho lol.

My parents picked this up and asked me to come over and set it up for them as they are not the most computer savvy people. Booting up the computer is vey very slow. Once everything was up and running the computer kept freezing and locking up and the speakers when Cortana spoke we're very crackly the best described it the speakers sound like they were blown out. Even going to different websites the computer is extremely slow and just consistently locks up. I would avoid this piece of junk and I'll cost the price tag is very tempting but the computer is extremely slow consistently locks up and the speakers are blown out

I am a writer, not professionally but I love to journal in my free time. I only really needed a lap top for light office duties/email, saving documents, pictures etc. My other lap top is very outdated/Heavy & old. I decided on a whim to check out new laptops. I didn't want to throw down a lot of money at this time but I needed something. At first I saw the chrome books because you couldn't beat the price. However, after checking them out, I knew I needed Windows. I wasn't a fan of the Google docs. (i'm old school) When this laptop popped up, The price was pretty good. Actually great! My only reserve was wondering if it would be too small. I'm so glad I took that chance. I'm in love with this laptop already. It's actually the perfect size. It fits on my lap perfectly and works great. I wrote for 3 hours without any issues. And setting up, adding the apps/ personalizing was easier than I expected. Other family members were so impressed that we will be purchasing another one this week.
