I bought this notebook for my daughter to start practicing her typing and school work. Works great for her. Although I wish it had MS word and a disc drive. But overall great laptop

Although I love the compact size, it really doesn't have the memory space needed for what I want to do with it.

Could come with better software. Greater security software should include malware protection, key stoke read protection, camera surveillance. Norton would be better. Zemana also made good software protection.

I got this computer for my daughter so she can use it for online use and school work. Since this is the same computers they will be using in the classroom it seemed an easy decision. She had a little trouble setting it up and getting used to the new Windows platform but now loves it. It is thin and light and a great purchase.

Serves all of our needs. It's the perfect size and lightweight enough to tote around in a backpack, large purse or just relaxing on the sofa.

It's very lightweight and easy to transport around. Windows based and can navigate between things quickly, I wish it had a CD-ROM drive.

The laptop was a lot smaller than I imagined but my son was pleased. He needed a new laptop for college and it works out well for him.

Love this laptop. It is exactly what I wanted in a laptop. It's light enough to carry around with me. It's small so I can fit it my backpack. I can all my schoolwork on it. Would recommend this product.

Great little laptop. It's used for college classes. It does everything you would expect it to do without any issues. I've owned ASUS, Lenovo and Sony Vaio and have had problems with those laptops. I'm sticking with HP computers. This laptop was very easy to setup and to install my MS Office software on. I always purchase my electronics from Best Buy. I purchased this laptop for under $170 and love it.

I can't say enough good things about Best Buy! I had to bring the laptop back due to an internal issue with the computer that was not fixable. Best Buy was great. I was not put through a long checking of the laptop and runarounds. They heard what I had to say, the computer would NOT initialize. He looked at it, tried to turn it on himself and said that he was very very sorry this had happened and that yes, we could send it off and see if it could be fixed but it would probably be easier all the way around if Best Buy just replaced it. Which is what I did. The second laptop is working great. So, overall, once I received a laptop that worked, I was happy.
