I really love my new laptop, thin, not heavy and I can carry him whatever I want. I totally recommend. Good price and quality.

I have another Windows 8 product and this HP stream notebook runs just the same. I had no issues and it was really easy to set up. Should there be any issues, contacting HP's customer service will help as they will not go until the problem is solved. The representatives are patient and are offering to call back to check the status. Overall, HP never ceases to amaze.

This laptop has left me so angry and unspeakably frustrated. It's my fault I guess but at least I can help protect others from the same fate. There is NO stoarage space on the computer. It's all on the "cloud". Oh sorry, I guess there is enough room for the operating system if you never update it. So I figure well, ok store things on the cloud it comes with. Surprise! That's going away in October! Super upset about this. It's for my daughter and she needs to use it for school but can't even store many documents on the machine. I didn't really need to provide her with another device to surf the Internet with. I'm going to end up buying her something else. Very disappointed.

We purchased this for my sons 8th grade graduation gift and he loves it. the only downfall is that it doesn't have a spot to put a CD but for the price its well worth it. It gets used daily and he will be able to do homework with it as necessary.

I have scrolled through for months looking for a good computer. When about two months ago I found this one online, and I immediately fell in love. And last weekend I found it at best buy, and it was open box, which made it better. I am bringing it home and I am so excited. I brought it home, set it up on my internet and started using it. And not ten minutes in...I started having problems. For first off you have poor control of the mouse which frustrated me, then three times in half an hour the computer just stopped and said that it had an error and was fixing it, I had two windows open and the computer acted as if I had twenty. This computer is extremely slow. randomly the size (zoom) would start messing up. I have been looking forward to having this computer for months and for it to have continuous problems like this was such a disappointment.

This computer is cheap for a reason. . It is beyond slow. I feel like I am on my old dial up computer. It's cute and lightweight...that's about the extent of the positive. I'm very disappointed. I have never had a problem with an HP prior to this.

We were looking for a simple, slim laptop for use while at boat. This is perfect.

My first laptop purchase and absolutely love it!!!

Purchased as a gift for an 11yo, she is a novice so this was a perfect starter laptop in time for school start. Added bonus was Win10 upgrade.

The laptop is perfect for my needs and had a free upgrade to Windows 10, but the Microsoft apps gift card that was promised did not work properly (I have made multiple attempts to contact Microsoft only to hear "we are aware of the problem and will contact you when it is fixed." Also, 24 hours later the promised "Kaspersky Internet Security" has yet to appear in my digital library.

Great laptop for fair price. It gets the job done. It is small, sleek and portable.

If you're ok with a small display or want something that you can put in your backpack but doesn't take up a large amount of space then I highly suggest this lap top

Bought for my girlfriend because she wanted a basic laptop that could run Microsoft word and surf the Internet. This laptop is perfect for just that and is at a very reasonable price.

Purchased this lap top for my kids school projects and its has given us no problems at all.... GREAT CHOICE!!!

When I first saw this online and discovered it came in blue, I fell instantly in the love with it. Great price for it too! I love how light it is and how I can take it anywhere, especially at school. The apps are great and the internet is lightning fast! Overall quality rating: Excellent; Outstanding customer service as well

Great laptop for a 10 year old to start learning how to use

I like the computer alot. Only thing that I don't like about it is that the mouse doesn't work sometimes or it freaks out and clicks a bunch on things that I didn't want clicked

Build quality is rather good, good keyboard, horrible trackpad! Trackpad is unresponsive most of the time. Even after removing all of the bloatware the computer can barely handle 2 tabs open in Chrome without lagging. Save yourself the time get a Chromebook instead! If you are shopping a Windows computer at this price there is nothing a Chromebook can not do at this price and so much quicker!

This computer would have been terrific for the price, but it was defective. The keyboard didn't work, and after spending an hour on the phone with HP, we couldn't get it to work, so I returned it.
