My daughter loves her new computer but I am only giving 4 stars due to the fact that she cannot use her internet security on this computer.

I bought this laptop for my elderly mother, thinking it would suffice for her email and some game apps like solitaire. Also wanted to use with Ring doorbells so she could see who was a door. Shocked how slow this performed with Internet, booting up was slow...the cursor lagged when typing emails. Ended up returning and gave my Mom my old ipad.

Nice computer but battery life is disappointing. Probably better off with a Chrombook.

It’s ok. I would love to have a computer that doesn’t crash when surfing the web. Granted I would have thought it wouldn’t do that since there are zero other programs open and only basic computer functions going on. I will be looking for a replacement. It’s ok, but it’s not going to meet my standards.

Solid computer for nursing school. An Apple guy here but an inexpensive necessity in a setting where devices can get damaged.

Laptop was perfect and after a year and a half the WIFI adapter just disappeared, and you can't use the laptop. Tech support worked on laptop for about an hour between 2 different agents and they can't fix it. Was just using it and the no internet popped up and there is no way to fix it. Frustrating!

I dont like is not touch screen is slow and Ii not what I wantes.

It's super slow straight out of the box, literally had it 1 week and the screen quit working. This is the second HP I've bought in 1 month and they both had screen issues.

Got it for my sibling for boarding school. She loved it and still running strong

I love my laptop, this is the first time I have had my own laptop and this one is just perfect for me. I didnt really need it for too many things but it is just the right size and has everything I need on it. It was easy to purchase and go and pick up.

I don't know what 4gb is good for but not for my needs and definitely cant be called a streak p.c. this is was way to slow took a long time to open a webpage let alone load a video. and I have fast fiber internet. I don't recommend this for anything other than maybe typing

Compact and easy to carry around. Perfect for when I need to work from home. Just what I was looking for. Great price for a laptop.

I bought this laptop and it's small and light which is nice but it runs so incredibly slow. Frozen just when I was using Microsoft word. And took almost 2 hours to factory reset.

Good product. using this for more than 6 months. worth the money.
