Expensive Garbage

When I first got it, it was extremely slow, I'm not talking about internet, but upon startup I was extremely disappointed! I expected better from Best Buy. I was very disappointed. It's a good thing I got Geek Squad Protection for this. I honestly hope they will just replace this for something better. I don't even know what to say!? It came with a crack on the left side of it and it won't even turn on at all???
