Really nice inexpensive laptop

Nice comfortable feel to the keyboard. Clear crisp screen. Really good battery life. And it’s nice looking too. My only dissatisfaction is there isn’t any L/R mouse button equivalent with the touchpad So you can’t simply select and drag things across the screen. Otherwise great value for the price.

It came on time, quickly ordered. It also came with Office 365 (although I had it already) and was able to access my One Drive files from my other computer. This computer worked great for finishing up my associates degree. A great price as well.

My Son loves it

He’s autistic and wanted to use something other than Chromebook. He loves it! He’s doing remote learning and has connected to his teachers with ease. I loved that I was able to send my daughter to pick it up the next morning, I ordered it after store hours. The professionalism of Best Buy employees is why I’ll always shop here for my electronics.
