Very slow, didn't like S mode version of Windows so removed S mode. Just be aware that if you remove it, there's no going back to it. Would not but this laptop again.

Was not sure I would like small size but now love it ! I decided to export many files from my old device onto a separate storage device (EasyStore - Best Buy) I do not need all of that info gumming up this new unit. This computer works quick and efficiently. Good for bluetooth operations, too.

It was an okay laptop

No way to recover, we have to buy another laptop! Such a waste. But i guess i get what i paid for. Tech told me it was a great lap top! It was just okay.
