The screen didn't make 5 months before becoming unreadable and fuzzy and black blob in top right hand corner. The laptop was never dropped or in contact with any moisture. The same thing happened to my Dell laptop after 6 years. I was lucky enough that I had an old tv that I could plug HDMI into and into this laptop to be able to use it to read the screen on my tv. But now this laptop is no longer portable. For this to work on my TV screen means that the graphics card is still functional. It is the screen itself that has gone bad.

It's a good laptop to stare with the screen the black outline dose not look to good and the laptop is small it's a 14inc the charger will break so get a new one ready. it's not a good laptop if you want to game. over all it's a good laptop

It held up for two years and two years and a month after purchase the power card went out. The laptop itself is okay. I only use it for things like online shopping, education courses, streaming. My desk top is for working, so I do rely on this. After I replace the power card i'm sure I will get another year or two out of it. Its basic and is minimal but okay to use. It is affordable if you want a low cost laptop .

A laptop at a great price that is true to its specifications. Basic functions like browsing the internet, writing papers etc. work fine, but I wouldn't recommend for streaming, social media etc. Overall satisfied with the value for the price!

I got it for my daughter for school since COVID has changed so much in the class room. I thought the small size would be great but I I found it is just a bit too small for daily school work.

This laptop works great and is an awesome value. It works faster than other more expensive laptops I have bought in the past. I bought this for my son for school and wanted to get in for myself. Unfortunately they are out of stock right now. I definitely recommend this laptop when it is back in stock.

Loved it at first but am having problems with buffering and freezing!! I don't do anything but facebook, shopping, basic stuff and it constantly freezes, says "Microsoft not responding". Turns out it's a NETBOOK, NOT a laptop!! My IT brother says it runs apps off internet. Total BS!! Was not told that, does not say that in advertising and too late to return, only had 2 weeks, been 3. About to call Best Buy for tech support, hopefully that helps. Also, I live alone, older and don't use multiple devices. 3 weeks and already have to have brother work on it. I deleted a bunch of apps and it helpes a lot but still freezes occasionally. NOT happy.

Works well for basics like doing school work, but not for playing games tends to force close the game while play and overheats.

Had to have a laptop for my kindergartener due to the Covid restrictions of attending school in person. This gets the job done. We just need something to access web calls and pull up class work and submit it. Does the job. Good value!

I got this laptop for school. The only things I really do on it are email and using the office applications. It's lightweight, so you don't have to worry about it slowing you down.

Perfect for surfing the net, zooming and writing documents. These are the main functions you need for work or school and this little guy delivers. Great value for the price,… get it!

This was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter. We just had our Christmas with them and she was very pleased and excited to receive this. Made her day. I just hope that it continues to bring her satisfaction.

My daughter loves her new laptop. I just don't like the security software that's already installed in the laptop, it doesn't allow us to open/launch the Zoom app on her new laptop, it only allows us to open it by the browser and sometimes it can get glitchy.

Purchased 2 of these for my girls since school is virtual now. We love them. The camera quality is great for the zoom sessions and the memory it holds is perfect for what they need them for!

This is a small laptop but has alot to offer. Love this laptop for its speed and size. And it easily fits into most of my hangbags. I also love it because i can save all sins school work and keep a check on his work.

As expected - it is a great, inexpensive, laptop. Start up was basically OK. A minor question or two answered by the Geek squad, and all is well. Only problem was excessively long delay in receiving the unit due to delays with the US Postal service!

Great for students. Has plenty of space to save your work. The display isn't the best, but for the cost, it's really one of the best economical brand new laptops for sure.

I really don’t know how this computer works. I bought this for my niece for school so I’m just writing a review for the purchase and the purchase just went well, I’m sure the laptop function and work the way it supposed to.

Hmmmm…. I bought it as an open box item. When I got it there was no charger in the box. That was never mentioned online so it was a waste of time. As far as the laptop goes, I never used it so I can’t comment on the item itself.

So far so good. It’s a perfect size for on the go use. It’s fast in downloading which is important. It’s perfect for my kids that are using it for school and homework. Just remember when purchasing it that it runs in Windows S mode.
