Purchased this one for school work. I’m not in love with the screen size. Thought I was getting a bigger screen. But it gets the job done all the same.

My daughter loves her computer and it is really easy to set up. Cortana is very helpful and her voice is nice and clear. The computer is very light weight and the size is perfect. I made a great decision on my purchase and I'm satisfied.

So far, this computer has performed well for what it was intended, as a simple way to play games and access the internet. It is limited in storage, so we have not loaded any software such as Office 365 or other such packages.

It was for my seven year old son so he could do school and watch YouTube it’s the perfect size n he can find the letters in the keyboard I love it and am so happy with it . Ho products usually have no issues with all hp producta

Bought this computer for my great-nephews birthday, which he turned 11, I was very skeptical at first but he uses it for school work and playtime and it has kept up with him

This is a great laptop for all purpose use. Excellent for kids to connect to their classes while also able to play games and stream content. This is not a high performance laptop but it is an exceptional value for what your getting.

This does those little task you need. I much prefer website transactions in windows and browser environment and this is easy size to be tablet link convenient

It’s really slow ... it takes a long time until it works and opens up! Sometimes it shuts off by itself because of the slowing process.

I’ve been pretty impressed so far with my new HP! I wasn’t sure about the white color but it’s actually really elegant and slim! Easy to use and set up was simple. I’m enjoying the Microsoft products too. Next up is a printer!

Great computer for school! The storage is average, depending on how many files you plan on keeping in the computer itself. I normally use iCloud, Google docs and dropbox for easy access so this laptop is ideal for me.

Speed is just OK. It is slow but for a barely used computer, it's working for us.

Cheap laptop that can get some processing done although it is overpriced. The celeron processor makes this laptop perform better than the comparably priced laptop with an amd processor. However, the resources on this laptop are quite limited. The computer struggles with multitasking resource intensive tasks and the hard drive capacity is too small. This laptop is only good if you want to complete single processing tasks. For the same price three years ago, I was able to buy a lenovo with an intel i3-core and a much larger 2 TB hard drive.

This computer is great for kids who are doing online classes for school. Its just that the computer screen is little bit to small and can hurt your eyes sometimes.When on it long.

I.did.not.like that is not touch screen. My daughter got discouraged..I assumed it was touchscreen. But it has a good size to carry

This computer is primarily being used for writing, school work, and emails and it is working very well for those purposes. The letters on the keyboard keys are large and easy to see. Typing on the keyboard is comfortable and easy.

This laptop is very useful and it does not have google chrome but only has the Microsoft edge browser. But you can download the chrome if you want.

I received my purchase as promised and everything seems to be in tact. I am having a slight problem downloading the virus protection, but they may very well just be me.

I am pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a notebook of high quality that is sleek in appearance. I chose the open box option and it is literally brand new. I LOVE it!!!!

I bought this cheaper laptop to use at night. I was very surprised how good it is. Its not for gaming but email and standard internet works great.
