Kinda slow,Great product works exactly as it should, and i have

Works fine but a bit slow when more powerful computers are running.

Works for what I bought it for. Just to put music in my iTunes but wouldn’t recommend for heavy tasks.

I love it it's my daughter's I bought it for her but I secretly want it it's so cute and the color is amazing it also works great and the price was great as well

I dont know why, but Ive had my laptop for 2 weeks and yesterday the start button froze up on me when I tried to shut down the computer. Basically I kept pushing the little windows icon that should open to the option to shut down or restart but nothing opened. I clicked it like 10 times. I had to push the power button, then sign in again and it worked. Also, its been very slow loading when Im on the internet. I dont know if this is because microsoft edge is just generally slow or if its the operating system or just faulty. I missed the return window by 4 days. Ill try chrome or something to see if the speed is faster but this is dissapointing because I like the computer. The volume is so good and I like the small size. Somebody talk to me. Could something be done to make the computer run better? Could it be my wifi causing the slow loading? Dont have any idea about the freezing though.

Great laptop, small but large enough to get work done. I'm not a Windows fan but the system is smooth and runs quickly. The price was great. Very pleased.

Crap laptop - don't waste your time unless you are desperate. Returned immediately after set up. As slow as dial up.

Good basic computer for price, works for basic needs without the price of higher models with the bells and whistles.

New HP laptop is great. All Geek Squad technicians were patient, knowledgeable, etc. The wait was long but everything worked out well.
