    It lags so I don’t know if it’s the software drive or not not to mention it was hacked within first week of having it never had this problem with other devices I have...chromebook and iPad... I only use it for school work because a lot of professors work off of Windows

    Computer stopped working upon set up, brand new out of the box. I got a refund for the computer but was not refunded for software that I purchased and was not able to ever setup on the new device. I've called the store repeatedly to ask for assistance and remain on hold. Nobody answers the phone in the store. Bad purchase. Worst customer service. I will not do business with Best Buy moving forward.
