I bought this for my son and he was very pleased with it, however, once he tried to use it without the power cord battery plugged in, it would not hold a charge. This was an open box item with 10.00 off the sale price. Perhaps this is why it was an open box and someone failed to test this computer before re-selling it. Luckily, Best Buy accepted the return and refunded the money back to my credit card.

Had to return it. Do to the fact it did not run fast enough and much space for school work

This thing is horrible. Says it has touch screen but couldn't make it work, I was in a ZOOM meeting the day after I received it and a participant asked if hamsters where running on a wheel to get it to work because I kept going in and out. I logged into my tablet, problem solved.

Unable to install software that came with laptop. Microsoft won't allow for it to switch out of S mode. Otherwise, it would be a great laptop.

Decent, very small screen. Didn't realize quite how small when I bought it, but that was my error. Other than that seems to work okay.

Runs out of space quickly and often. Would not suggest this computer. Most of the storage space is used up for the operating system.

Not to satisfy with this only had it since the end of July an now it’s not working , also is very slow

Its an “ok” laptop for the price. It runs slow but that’s what you would expect for the price point. Not a good choice for gamers.

Simply do not like it. Slow responce. Not a touch screen. Think I should of bought a Chromebook

I purchased this computer in order for my daughter to complete virtual schooling. She used the computer for 2 weeks and the hard drive crashed. I called HP and was told I would have to send the computer to them to be repaired. My daughter is now without a computer and I had to borrow one until hers is repaired. I will not be purchasing anymore HP products.

bought 2 laptops in the last 2 months hp's 1 windows and one chromebook neither one worked had to send the chrome back to have it repaired never got to use either one the one I sent back they charged me $25 to send

Steaming was not working properly. I passed my return date. So I had to deal with it… I will not purchase again.

Was all right for an open box product but you guys should really check to make sure the person I open the box didn’t put their login information on the computer. There’s a second person registered on the computer but I can’t get them off. It’s rather odd to see you but other than that computers OK we don’t use it for any confidential things so it’s fine. But definitely won’t be buying here again

The laptop appeared bigger in size but works great. The warranty was not as long as stated with purchase of computer.

Unfortunately this laptop’s performance was too slow.

It’s pretty decent for its size, but I ended up returning it and going for something more powerful and a larger screen.

I love the HP stream laptop. It’s a good size for me and it easily to carry on whenever I where. I like the color white.

This laptop is very basic and very slow. I will be returning.
