I purchased for my son for online school, not knowing they would provide a school laptop which I am glad they did because this laptop didn’t last long at all within 5 months it was coming apart acting up. This is by far the worst purchase ever.

Bought it for my daughter for school at home but it already broke. It fell from the table to the carpet floor and snap in half. I didnt expect too much but from one drop it snapped in to pieces like a cheap plastic toy. So disappointed.

Dependable little laptop... good quality... very fast connection.

My daughter needed a laptop for her online schooling and since all the laptops were sold out at the time, I got lucky because this was the last one available online at the store. It was working good at first then all of a sudden these last few days it has been freezing up and glitching alot. Not to mention a weird echo when my daughter talks to her class or teacher. I guess I wasn't so lucky after all. Luckily I have 2 other computers for her back up.

Not bad for the price. Really touchy to use but works for basic needs

I just bought this laptop and I was so happy to use it and Suddenly I saw the laptop and it was so small and not just that but it was running extremely too slow and basically I wasted my money on this Crap. DO NOT BUY!

Liked computer, but after one month of light use the touchpad stopped working. The space bar sticks as well. Very disappointed in this product. I know it is a cheap computer, but I expected to get more than a month out of it.

Not bad for web surfing, but that is about it. Purchased it for my mother to replace her 8-year-old HP (running very slow). However, I tried using this computer to stream HBO Max and other streaming services. The computer warms up after around 30 minutes of streaming.

Pretty good for early teenager. Highly recommend this notebook

I am very disappointed in this HP Laptop. All of my laptops have been HP and have been high quality at a low price from Best Buy. I was not expecting the results when I purchased this one. It was purchased for someone specifically to use for Zoom. The camera is the poorest quality I have ever seen. All you were able to see was a gray grainy picture with specs of pixels like snow. . I am returning this product and had to purchase one from another source.

This product is not reliable for the price that I have paid. I do not recommend this product to anyone who wants a laptop for daily use. It takes too long to access any application or software.

Horrible laptop. It's so slow, cannot handle streaming, video calls & no it's not my internet speed, I do not have multiple tabs open & i performed all the required updates.

I like it alot but every now n then it will get hot

I purchased this HP 8/19/20. It was quick and efficient for my child to use for virtual school. Had to send the computer to HP for hardware fix after two weeks. Kind of became an inconvenience.

I don’t recommend you buying this product i bought it yesterday and I was using it like for 20 minutes and then it started to work slow, loging out of webs and a lot of things

Honestly the laptop looks good but it's not worth it, it's slow and takes forever to do anything I wish I could return it or make it faster.
