Rudest sale person at BestBuy In Manchester, CT

I asked him what does he thinks iof the HP latop that I just purchased. His reply was “it is a bad laptop and that is why the price is low.” I have never seen a sale person who bad mouth the company that employs him and payed his salary. BestBuy should fire that rude and unprofessional sale person. He is harming the reputation of BestBuy. If needed, I can identify him at BestBuy in Buckland area in Manchester, CT.

Had for a week and a half and now won’t connect

I had this computer for a week and a half and then it stopped bringing up available WiFi networks period. I’ve tried everything including trying a hard reset which it won’t complete. Very disappointed.

After waiting longer than the two say shipping (which I was charged extra for) I had to track down who had my shipment and go pick it up at some suspect building that sold toilet seat covers. As if that wasn't enough, the computer crashed 5 days later. Worse experience ever. They said I hey 25 points for this review but they can keep them because they've lost my business.

I just bought it on 3/18 and today, 4/19/21 I find it is no longer eligible to be returned or exchanged. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not buy from Best Buy or HP again.
