Good laptop for price

It lasted her 3 years until it dropped and broke. But for what you pay, it’s definitely worth it. Rebuying this laptop since she wants the same size and it’s a reasonable price. Hopefully I can find a case for this laptop that fits.

I had expected better from an HP, and better from Microsoft as well. If I had known of the things that it is lacking I wouldn't have spent my money on it. I would have gotten something that I could do more with.

Don’t buy last 6 months without used every day

The speakers do not work and the windows product key was not present. Very bad product overall.
