It was in my price range. Nice size and easy to operate.

Bought this computer for my 4th grade daughter for school. Her school is 100% digital assignments at school and this computer was perfect for her to travel with to and from school. It is fast and powerful enough to do everything she needs for school. I think it is perfect for school, highschool, even a cheap college laptop.

Easy to use not to much memory but good loptop for the price

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The salesman tried to talk me out of it, he even told me I could not install non-Mircrosoft software, which was complete nonsense. It took less than a minute to figure out how to remove the block on non-MS products. This is the second time a sales person has tried aggressively to convince me I needed something much more expensive than I wanted to buy. The only adjustment I have made is inserting a 32G micro HD card to supplement the 64G hard drive. The only reason to go to Best Buy is to see what you are buying before you pay for it.

I got this for my son and its a great computer for the proce.

I love this laptop so much. I purchased it for my daughter and unfortunately she either stepped on it or it accidentally fell, but the screen cracked. I didn’t get protection but until I get it fix, I can still use it with a hdmi cable.

Got this for my college student and its been working great

Easy to setup n use. Runs windows 10 in S mode. But you can easily turn that mode off by downloading an app from the Microsoft App Store. I got the diamond white which has a shimmery finish. My daughter can play her animal jam game on the browser, do her schoolwork, n stream hulu no problem. She loves it.

What i dislike about this item is that the screen went black out of nowhere. I purchased this for my daughter on 11/22/21 for Christmas but she didnt open it until Christmas day. She used it maybe 3 times briefly. She was in the middle of a Zoom call and it just went black and since 15 days were up she couldn’t get a replacement. That shouldn’t have happened on a brand new laptop. Geek squad has had her laptop longer than she has. It was sent away 2 times due to hp not properly fixing it. All I will say is never again! Other than that i like that its compact and pretty fast when surfing the web.

Good for virtual learning. I was not able to download apps in S mode, so I disabled it. Still limited. Works well for young children in school. Compact and lightweight. Camera is ok. Sound is good.

Sleek easy to use and carry, the color was brilliant and the ease of setting up the laptop was incredibly easy. Overall loved the product and in store pick up option.

I purchased for my 7-year-old to start her e-learning. So far no issues and she is using it for her virtual dance classes as well with no problem. Faster than what I was expecting for sure, cute, lightweight and just perfect for what it was purchased for.

Only got this laptop due to device that wasn’t compatible with a Mac. Was able to download and update device as needed. Does feel pretty cheap and not the fastest but as expected for the price. Good for minimal use

Purchased primarily for portable word processing. I was concerned that the smaller size might take some getting used to, but the adjustment was very easy. I'm pleased with photo/video editing and storage, too. Internet, Bluetooth working well. This laptop is so compact yet functional. Highly recommend.

I've never went wrong when it comes to H.P. laptops. This is a smaller laptop that does everything we need it for. We hooked it up to a large monitor and it's a world of difference for zoom calls. It is also very affordable. I set it up for my wife to assist in her business. She's very happy with it.

The laptop works great it's fast it's not as big as the picture but it works well for a 200 dollar laptop very fast easy to use no complains.

This laptop size and weight are perfect to fit into a small bag or large purse. I don’t have to vary multiple bags. The setup was so very easy and fast even with the setup of my wireless printer. HP laptops have been my favorite for many years.

The price is ideal, however you get what you pay for. It feels cheaper and acts cheaper. I love the white, so cosmetically it's great! It is compact and light, therefore easy to travel with and carry.

Small HP Laptop was exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and fits nicely into my backpack. It is quick and helpful day to operate. The price was great, too.

I needed this laptop for my job. It is so Portable and convenient to carry around for trips and getaways. The characters are very large and easy to see. The keyboard is just perfect! The laptop functions really good and serves the purpose for which I needed it for. I really like it.
