My Daughters first laptop. Needed it for school. It's great. Touch screen, fast, efficient.

We got this computer for my teen daughter rather than a Chrome Book. We haven't had any complaints and she is able to use it for homework and extra things like watching movies and accessing Instagram. She likes the laptop and is glad she went with this than the other as it will grow with Her and offer her more flexibility in the long run. Great starter laptop. She also loves the color and the touch screen!

Its a great size but it is a Windows 8 and can not be upgraded to a windows 10 so it is of no use to me. I would have to buy a new laptop in July because only Windows 10 will work by then.I will be returning it.

I got this laptop to use as a basic data entry-scan system. Memory and SSD space were not a concern for my usage. I did clean it up and upgrade to Windows 10. Unfortunately during the upgrade there was not enough hard drive space, so I removed the recovery partition and cleaned up other unnecessary things to make adequate space. It's been a great little laptop. Reliable and the touch screen is great.

This laptop is perfect for school and just browsing the internet. It is the perfect size to carry around in my bag. Its quick and i print wirelessly to my printer. I have had other laptops for college but this one is my favorite so far. It doesnt have a slide out cd but i really dont miss that. For the price, its perfect

it's a good lap top for the money. It doesn't have a lot of memory, but other than that it was just what the wife wanted.

Nice computer for the price, but if you have more than a few windows open the performance slows down noticeably. Also, not enough memory for Windows 10 update. Overall, everything I expected for the price

Purchased for mother in her 50's. She loves the touch screen and how easy it is to use. After using it for myself I think I might purchase another. Added a 64gig micro sd card with music and pictures and she is happy.

This is my first Windows 8 experience. The unit itself is Awesome. Love the touch screen. Does everything I need it to.

As expected from HP the laptop is top quality and very easy to use. The other low end price laptops are usually using lesser quality processors, this one is Intel. Other than not being enough space to switch to Windows 10 from 8.1, there may be a way I have not done enough research yet, I am completely happy with the product. The laptop has performed flawlessly since I purchased it.

This computer is a good size for easy carry. It has all the capabilities for surfing the web, doing school work, and streaming movies. Not the fastest machine out there, but definitely worth the price.

Great product. I do like the screen size, the stylish style (thin) and the key board. Looks like a Mac (little ticker). I originally bought it for my 6 years old son - 1st Grade Homework, he likes the blue color and loves the touchscreen; it’s perfect for him. We share it. The bad thing is the 32MB Flash Storage, but I’m still considering to buy another one for me.

I love this little machine! Its only drawback is limited memory, but I can deal with that for the awesome price! I use it for email, web-surfing, Word, and Excel - all works well and effectively and efficiently and speedily. Thank you, Best Buy, for stocking this affordable little item!

I purchased this for the excellent value and great looks. I found it to work good for pretty basic stuff like browsing the internet etc. Solid state storage was another attraction which I heard makes it super fast. However, I was pretty disappointed with the slow speed. ... Maybe it's the processor and low ram ... who knows. Still a good buy for just basic web browsing. For anything else I'd recommend getting one with higher specs.

I am admittedly not computer savvy at all but this laptop is easy to use, the screen size is perfect and it's very light weight so taking it places is not like carting around luggage. For the price, this product is definitely worth it!

I was looking for a cheap replacement for my Lenovo which I had bought about an year ago from Beat Buy and had gone bad (start up issues). Price was right for light use such as streaming videos for a couple of hours 3-4 days a week. However, almost immediately noticed that the movies sound was slightly distorted. I connected this laptop to different TVs with and without external sound systems but the sound issue is there. I am seriously considering to exchange this laptop out. After a few attempts, I haven't further used this laptop.

Has everything needed for a student to succeed. Touchscreen is added bonus. Wish it came in different colors other than blue and purple, but that's minor. Compatible with any printer.
